Sold an enail which stopped working in less than a year and hasn’t responded to any email sent. Ever, even when asked why they sent to my country and back to china taking another two weeks to deliver. They don’t respond.

I order something in November 25,2025 got charged the next day still have not received my order waited a couple of weeks to see if I would get my item still nothing. I have reached out several times since with no answer. Wouldn’t recommend

Good took awhile for order to process and tracking info but I did get my order and it's a beautiful peice cheaper then anywhere else and glass is very thick on this one too ;) and here in nz even

I ordered this without reading any reviews which was a big mistake on my half! I would not order off this website there was no communication with the seller, after I sent them emails regarding my order. I received my order after 3 weeks of waiting and they didn’t send me what i ordered, it was completely different which is very disappointing.

This is a fake online store. They will take your money and not send you anything. There is no customer support email, phone, or address. They are based in China, not California. I tried to order a few items several weeks ago. Nothing arrived, no shipping information provided, just took my money and ran.

Puffingbird is in-fact a legit website. I ordered a bowl from them, which took about 2 weeks to arrive from California, but it got here just as described. The price was super cheap so I expected it to be a fake website, but i was pleasently surprised.

Shopped at Puffingbird.co.nz as I live in New Zealand. Second order from puffingbird, this one was super cheap came to me beautifully packaged, tracking available within a few days!

Fantastic, Idk who or where is running this company but I freaking love it.

This PuffingBird shop is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered three items 12/8/24 and there is no information worth even translating with the shipping info. It’s in Chinese so I have to screen shot it, go to photos, highlight the characters and paste them into google translate to even see anything useful. The only info I gained is that this company ONLY responds when receiving a bad review- they didn’t reply to the three emails I sent prior to my review. After having written it, I received a very generic response that my item is on the way. The info to track my package was also in the email, but I wonder if it is because I sent them the tracking info and order number to try to locate my stuff. Nothing. There is no customer service number to talk to anyone real and I’m not even sure how to go about requesting a refund since I’m clearly not getting what I paid for over a month ago. Anybody make any head way on reaching this company for assistance? Let me know, please!

Still and even more pissed than last I left a review for this “company”..

The most important thing to note is that all orders come from Hong Kong. They use a dodgy looking tracking website and don’t give very ample communication during the order process which was horrendously off putting. The bottom line however was the piece did arrive in good condition and appears to be a decent piece of glass to be fair. Can’t fault them on that front.

Communication or lack there of is terrible with this company. I ordered an item and then was told it was out of stock and to select another. The item I selected was cheaper. No sign of any refund and they will not get back to me if it has even been shipped as yet.

I will update the review of this changes or improves.

Item came as described and in a timely manner. I was worried after reading the reviews but the transaction went smooth. I took one star off for lack of communication.

They will sell you a glass bong with a pin hole. When I contacted for replacement all seemed good but the replacement never showed up and now they won't respond to any type of communication. Craptastic company with stupid employee names like Starlight.

I've been waiting to write this review to see if my order ever showed up.......nope, nothing.
Of course my credit card was charged and they sent bogus tracking info, but nothing arrived. It is going on 3+ weeks since we placed the order and still nothing!

The site needs improvement with the payment methods

I'm still waiting for my purchase to arrive. This is ridiculous how long it is taking for my order to arrive. I was expecting a normal delivery time, but STILL WAITING?? If not received soon, then I want a refund!!
