I process things differently than most…
I process things differently than most and plain text gets really messy for me. I asked if we could go over edits by call instead of long emails. They didn't make a big deal out of it, didn't act like it was extra trouble. They just switched to voice notes and used the colour coding I asked for. It wasn't 'special treatment it was just doing what works for me. You don't see that kind of care very often. Really appreciated.
