I placed an order for a DIY Crochet Christmas Tree Kit on September 14, 2025. The only way you can contact them is by a customer service email. I got numerous emails on the tracking. It originated in France. Then it got to Indianapolis on 10/13/25 and hasn't moved since then. They promised another package but the tracking number or the website to track is ridiculous. Can't even get on the site with their matching pictures. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I've asked for a refund but I bet that is futile. Threatened to go to the Better Business Bureau.

Wish I read these reviews earlier. Same thing, they over charged me, sent me the ivory white foundation then offered me $2 in return. Do not shop off Facebook, TikTok or Instagram. Total scam

If I could give zero I would. Ordered concealer in light medium they sent Ivory White totally useless for my skin. I have sent pictures and many emails with no resolution.

Wish zero stars was an option. I ordered under eye concealer in a Medium Peach color and I received a foundation in Ivory White - totally useless for my skin tone. After several emails and pictures showing what I received they keep saying that what I received is what I ordered! I’ll be calling my bank to reverse the charges. DO NOT ORDER anything from them, this is a scam!!

Ordered what was posted as the Tarte Colored Clay CC Undereye Corrector with brush. After ordering, shipping confirmation came and showed item was shipping from Finland. I was never informed item would be shipping from overseas. I immediately contacted them to cancel order. They said they could not. I told them I was charged an international fee. They said they did not charge it to me. I realized from reading other reviews on a different item that these social media scammers will issue a fake shipping tracking info originating in Europe, but they are actually coming from China. So I investigated to see if Tarte was even sold in China. It is not. I reached out to the company to tell them that their tracking information is fake, that I know they are in China and that the product I ordered was not Tarte because Tarte is not sold in China and that they charged me for a generic product. I ask them again for a refund. They told me to wait for the item and try it as many people like it. So far it has been over 2 weeks since I ordered and I do not have the product. The fake shipping info they give you shows item in US customs...yeah right! I know the drill from others experiences...the tracking info will stop once in the U.S. and they will probably issue you another tracking number with other fake crap on it. The tracking gives no location information. Also, look at the "good" reviews here on this site...do you see a pattern? They are all similarly worded which means they are fake reviews likely written by the company itself. BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered … in plenty of time… money gift holders for Christmas. Got them late Christmas Eve. Too late to use. After many many attempts to get this resolved through their support email address resulting in failure. They continue to send the same “prescripted” email that does not address my needs. I highly DO NOT recommend purchasing from this company as if there were a problem you will never get a resolution. Better to flush your money down the toilet!

Got this multi-function gadget recently. Designs sleek and modern, quality meets expectations without exceeding them. Pricing seems fair but not a bargain. Shipping took nearly three weeks, which felt long. However, product arrived well-packaged, ensuring it wasnt damaged along the way. Overall, satisfactory experience.

Horrible scam! I tried to return the items because they were no longer needed. They told me to open the package and take a picture of the items. I did that and then they offered me 5USD which didn't even cover shipping costs! I demanded my money back and now they won't reply back. Don't waste your money!

I enjoyed the gadget overall, though a stronger grip would enhance its functionality and reliability.

Scammers don’t buy from them!! I thought I can trust them as can pay by PayPal but they sent different brand products from china instead of usa. Their delivery tracking is also fake!! Do not buy from them!!

I was scammed into thinking that I would be ordering the phor essentials kojic acid and turmeric pads. But I received some Eelhoe “kojic acid and turmeric pads”. I don’t know who they are trying to fool but I’m asking for a full refund because I’ve shown them proof that this is not the real item and they keep claiming it is. And they keep changing the subject and claiming it is the correct object. I’ve asked for a refund twice and they said “we can compensate with 1USD” even though I’ve asked for a full refund, since I’ve clearly outed them out for scamming me. I’ve given them evidence that it isn’t the real product and they still are denying it. Never buying from these scammers again.
