This is where the fun begins all of a sudden they want passport photo/bank statement photo/utility photo/ bank card photo / transaction photo from bank / transaction photo paypal inc.Address/ telephone/ bank accout and tranactions on pay pal and from my own bank account .I have complied 95% but cannot download transactions from paypal .Its mad they have taken my money each month no quams .

Firstly, we haven't "taken" your money. Deposits are made by customers themselves and require authorisation on their end.
Secondly, the reason documents were requested has nothing to do with the fact that you won £50. Your account was simply flagged for additional verification checks. This is a basic KYC requirement and something all UKGC-licensed operators are required to carry out when necessary.
I appreciate being asked for documents can be frustrating. However, turning a routine verification check into a "scam" accusation because you were asked to confirm your identity and payment methods is quite a leap.

I had a look at the session in question. You played 380 spins on Big Bass Reel Repeat, which is rated as a very high-volatility slot.
Frustrating session? Quite possibly. Evidence that the game is "rigged"? Not really.
For context, wins of 1,000x+ stake occur on average once in well over 60,000 spins, whilst the max win has a hit frequency of close to 5,000,000 spins. It's also not uncommon for high-volatility slots to go through long losing stretches or produce bonus features that pay very little.
The game may not have given you the experience you were hoping for, but that's very different from it being rigged.
