Freaking have the same problems their own crappy website dosent load thats how crap their internet is I get 500+ Ping in my local servers sometimes they are a disaster just get sim data I told them

Multiple time I have bad parameters they themselves checked and said we would forward your complaint here's comes their drunk Employee "Nothing's wrong" resets and reconfigures the router

Untrained worker-less knowledge of customer service

My father visited Hafizabad branch for internet package change, and there was a worker whose behavior was much worse. without registering the request he was asking irrelevant questions with aggressive behavior. It's a humble request that please give them proper training of customer service too.

Garbage is better than this

Garbage is better than this. At least garbage in some form works. This worse than garbage router literally stops working automatically, whenever it wants to. As if it wants to annoy or troll you. And when we contacted them about this issue, they were like "We are fixing it." Fixing my a** you have been fixing this for MONTHS!!! How long is this gonna take!? Forever!?

I have a complaint for the last one…

I have a complaint for the last one month. The internet and cable stop working at 10pm every night. They say its a technical issue that they cant identify. Their helpline is useless like their technical staff and customer care service. I can think of no technical fault that appears magically at 10pm and goes away in the morning. Looks like a scam to me.

I swear PTCL is Pakistan's WORST ever internet service provider. Even though it is government owned, it has totally failed to provide better services to its customers.

They spend a lot on their advertisements on different social media platforms. In real, they do NOTHING.

I have been using PTCL from last 4-6 years now and I can definitely say it is not worth it. There are several other service providers who are delivering better services to their customers.

Can you imagine that you take their 6mbps upload and download monthly package, and you get 2mbps download and 0.5mbps upload speed?

When you complain, they do nothing..!!
They only blame you in return and do not even provide you the complaint number as they do not even register it.

PTCL is scam! Stay away from this crap.

I Have Been Using Ptcl Internet Sice from A Long Time When We Installed this At Our We activate the PKG of 4 mb after month It Start Disconnect again And Again then I Complain for 3& 4 times after Than I never get Any Problem ..after 7 year they Automatically activated The PKG of 8 mb in in price of 4 mb as an old Customer ..till Now This is Best

I am one of the victim of PTCL…

I am one of the victim of PTCL (Pathetic Telecommunication Company Limited ) from rawalpindi.One of the most pathetic and f***** service we have . I have been submitting complains but no action has been taken place yet. The linemen are behaving like Elon musk and steve jobs who dont have time for making these f****** line working. I Wouldn't recommend even if it was the last one left in the world.

PTCL is very irresponsible

PTCL is very irresponsible, I submitted many complaints of no service and slow internet browsing, they asked me to install an antenna, I installed antena, now the signal strenght is 4/5 but the internet does not work lot of the time. It is very disappointing, when I submit a complaint through their website, they call me and just say that "We have checked the site and the internet is working fine there, now check your device.". That's it, they don't know the actual reality, the service they are providing is the worst service for last three months. I am converting to another internet service provider and will never use PTCL again.

The most pathetic and most disgusting…

The most pathetic and most disgusting services I come across with. Installed connection, repeatedly line issues when removed charged me 4740 Rs. Installed new connection with same credentials, used 18 months when blocked my connection by saying you didn't pay the dues of last connection. Billing department blocked my CNIC for any future connections while using in same days. I highly recommend to not use PTCL WiFi or net Services.

This internet should not per purchased under any circumstances

this internet is literally the worst. my family used to do 100 complaints in literally 1 month and still they are not sending anyone and don't even check and say that it is active from their side. wouldnt recommend. literally the worst internet of the entire world. their ads are like the internet will break records but the entire service is the worstest. MY GOD. ever since i got stormfiber my life is now running smooth and ever since i threw their internet away they increased my telephone rates as well as called me every month to tell about their new freaking services. like is this company for customers' relief or customers' punishment or something. NEVER EVER IN YOUR ENTIRE LIFE GET THIS INTERNET OR IT WILL RUIN YOUR ENTIRE LIFE. PTCL IS THE WORST INTERNET SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE FREAKIN WORLD. If I would have a chance to rate it 0 I would go for that 100000% !
