PTCL ALERT-BE WARE

ALERT-ALERT-ALERT... To All Old and loyal customers of PTCL - BE WARE and keep check on you bills, unknow hike in charges, hidden charges, sudden activation of services not mentioned in your bills, and most important pricing and benefits offered to new users vs existing users. You will surely find discrepancies that you need to complain about to get them fixed, a bit of struggle with retention team and finally they are being fixed when you want to go with cancellations

Worst experience with ptcl

Worst experience with ptcl. Their customer support doesn't listen either resolve any issue. They just keep on saying that we will fix the issue as soon as possible. I have network issue since Sunday and today is Wednesday and not a single representative or any service guy contacted me. The customer support is pathetic and they even give you false information and keep on dragging your issue. Plus the nternet itself is very poor and keeps on disconnecting. Not recommended at all

I haven't check ptcl flash fiber service yet, but it seems they are fraudulent and lying, they said online that 3799 rupees for 30mbps package with single TV and provide 1 shoq lite device free, but installers said its nothing like that, we have to pay 12000 for shop lite device...totally fraud by ptcl...not recommended

Hello, i need to hightlight the issue i am facing. However, i dont know if its gona work or not. Still i want to share my worst experience with ptcl internet. As i am not getting any help from customer service. You guy have such a pathetic customer service. My complaint no is 88. However, please hire the qualified agents so they know to ask all the relevant questions regarding the complaint. I am complaining since last sunday that my internet is not working. You know whats its still not working. Poor customer service

PTCL is a pathetic company.

PTCL is a pathetic company.
Their internet stops working every 2-3 days, and they don’t listen to customers or solve any issues.
All they care about is collecting bills on time. The due date for the bill is the 20th, yet they start sending reminders as early as the 5th.
But when it comes to providing internet service, they can’t even deliver 5 rupees' worth of connection.
Absolutely useless company — please stop using it!

Every 2 or 3 days our internet stops working and then takes 2 or 3 days to get back to normal. Its really annoying how we pay full price and they have to do this 3 to 4 times every month. They have really bad service and i would not recommend anyone to get ptcl. Stormfiber would be a way better option, we could not get it because its not available in my area. The internet itself is fine even though it lags when alot of people are using. Ptcl is not the best internet in pakistan its one of the worst. Writing this on my mobile data because the internet isnt even working

Extremely worst services ever

Extremely worst services ever. Internet speed is extremely worst, disconnecting and reconnecting issues again and again. Often it disconnected and instead of complaining, they don't recover the issue for many hours. I do complain of my internet connection again and again, after many hours, they recovered the issue, but next day, I have to face that issue again. I suggest everyone to not to waste their money on such bullshit company.

The worst part about their service is…

The worst part about their service is the delay in resolving internet issues—it usually takes around two days, which is quite unfair. Imagine someone preparing for an important exam or working from home and having to wait that long for a solution or spend more money and buy mobile packages. Most of the time, the PTCL representative arrives at the end of their shift, spends 10 to 15 minutes, and then says, "We'll come back tomorrow; our service time is over." It's incredibly frustrating, and unfortunately, this happens far too often.

Negative 5 worst company

Their internet service is a nightmare. I don to have internet from over a month. They say whole area have problem but they say they don't know when it will be fixed.Then on tenth May area problem got fixed and despite of calls my internet service is still not fixed. Since the beginning of instalments I am facing extreme issues they are not number one co.pany in Pakistan they are scammers.Donot waste your money here.Even small local internets are better then them.

Pathetic services

Pathetic services. Internet is out completely for 20 days of April and March has been a nightmare. They would fix it for a day and then again gone for a week. I literally went to their office to complaint and all they said yes we are recieving complaints but nothing can be done for your area urgently (internet is out for 5 days).

In my personal experience with ptcl

In my personal experience with ptcl. almost all the time every time at the end I've been scammed but this self-proclaimed "Pakistan's No.1 Telecommunications Company". They announce offers and promotions every now and then, but after a while they scam its own customer base. they are notorious in Pakistan for being the worst company.

The Worst Internet Connection I have ever used In My Life...

The word internet connection I have ever used in my life. They installed my connection and after two days, I started facing frequent disconnection. And this diconnection was occurring after every 5 minutes. They did not resolve my issue, I submitted 10 complaints and first complaint was just after 2 days of installation. and at the end of the month they send me full bill while the internet was at worse condition.

This was my 3rd connection. I would never ask for 3rd but they claimed that we have new sumbrine cable and we have no internet issue now. That's why I said I should try.

But they keep disappointing. Their support agent don't help at all except just copy pasting their messages.

Don't waste your time by using this Internet. Internet is like a water and they don't know how to improve their services.
