Response by email was done within minutes and Alexander was very helpful.
Delivery was the next day and, as a gift for my son, they added a filement role free of charge

I went to the store for information.
They were very helpful and i buy 2 filament.
There was a problem with the filament so i called them about it.
After some testing there was a problem with one filament and i got to exchange it without any problem.

I bought a printer, they missed the delivery window and only after i called them did they say that it would take a week before they could send it, i cancelled the order and they have yet to pay me back, it's been weeks.
Had my 3D Printer delivery late due to stock issues. The store was always communicative and honest about the issue, giving a continuous update on the delivery status and stock.
The printer was delivered in good conditions and came with a lot of filaments offered by the store. A big thank you for assisting with the issues and for being so nice!
