Cex need to give money back to customers when they return the things vouchers can be use only in cex store so it's doesn't makes any sense

For items that were not as intended (i.e., items with no fault or defect), you have two days following the purchase to return them for a CeX Voucher for purchases made in our physical stores. For online purchases, you have 14 days to return the item for a refund to the original payment method.
It is crucial to emphasize that this policy only applies to voluntary returns.
After consulting your order, we verified that you did not wish to keep the mobile phone because you did not like it, and consequently, you proceeded to exchange it for another item.
In this specific case, since you made the original payment using both cash and a CeX Voucher, the refund amount would have been processed back through both methods of payment.

The product badly refurbished sold as new, the sound and voice wheels on the xbox wireless headset not working keep spinning round without any change in sound. One of the ear cups has a patch of “leather” missing. Poor state of the all in all. Would not recommend this online store to anyone.

SCPH-1080 was good
I bought SCPH-1080. The condition of item was not specified on web site but it is pretty good as for used gamepad. It requires a bit of cleenup. However it works fine and without unexpected glitches. Tested it with black PS to PC adapter (PS to USB) on PC and Android (with OTG).

GPU 7900 XTX Taichi White
I’ve ordered a GPU 7900 XTX Taichi on a Saturday night, and Tuesday morning I had it at home. The GPU was in mint condition (it also had the protection stickers in the fans and the LED lights) until the point that there weren’t any signs of use (dust, marks, etc) and the best, I save more than half of the price as new!!! I love it.
