I booked an appointment with one of…

I booked an appointment with one of your advisor and for the next day. When your call came to my phone it connected me but never connected the advisor.
Advisors should not book appointments they do intend on doing.

Dishonest representation of psychics abilities

I have read with them for years and still consult with two advisors, but PS is not a transparent or honest psychic site. They so rarely post callers negative reviews for their advisors that it's almost non existent. Also if you ever have to call and get refunded for an outrageously inaccurate reading or one that has no connection (which isn't uncommon) they won't post your review for that advisor. This gives a misconception and misrepresentation of how good their psychics are. If you try to email upper management about the issues, they don't respond at all, leading you to wonder if they even read the complaints. Most of the advisors on PS are out for the clients money and give vague readings based off of the callers input and vulnerability. There are a few genuine psychics on the site, but far too difficult and expensive to find, and with filtered, dishonest representation of the customers reviews, one loses a lot of money for little help. Dishonest company and website.
