PSX came into our business for the 1st time during 2020. After completing an internal survey of our phone, broadband, IT system, server & security they highlighted several areas of improvement some minor and major. we commissioned them to carry out the work towards the back end of 2020 and early 2021. all the work was carried out in a safe and professional manor and on a time scale to suit us as business. we have seen massive improvement in our operational systems and security and are even seeing the money saving benefits on our phone lines and broadband. would 100% recommend PSX to anyone.

I was put in touch with Matt from PSX by my isp (Air Broadband) to help sort out the speed and connectivity issues I've been suffering with since having had the LILA CONNECT fibre installed. Matt was very friendly and professional and certainly knew his stuff. Although the issue was a problem related to the physical fibre line running up to my property he did raise the fault directly with Lila to get resolved ASAP, he also gave me some very helpful info in relation to network management/maintenance to help improve the quality of the service in and around my home. I highly recommend the company and will certainly be contacting contacting again for all my future IT & AV needs. Give them a call and you won't be disappointed I assure you.

We had speed related issues with our modem/router for our newly fitted LILA Connect broadband (ISP: Air Broadband). Matt was excellent. Very friendly and helpful service. Highly recommended. We are at a much better position and the advice he has given us will make our connection even more worthwhile in the future, too, as technology evolves.
Note: the company also comply with all covid related regulations....our only downside was that we didn’t offer a drink and in normal circumstances would certainly have been different!

PSX have provided services to several of my companies for many years. Service is second to none and nothing is ever too much - no matter what time of day (or night).
