D Minus for Pstconcierge.eecsoftware.com

This is a third party service for the travel industry. I am using it as a client booking and paying with a travel/tour company based in UK. They are unable to input my phone number correctly. My previous tour with this company does not show up at all. They show payments incorrectly, if at all. It is not possible to change any data. The website is clumsy, ugly (dark uninviting background) and annoying to navigate. Like so many third-party surrogates, they are just not in sync with the culture or reputation of their main client and only deter customers.
