I purchased a Kia Picanto online unseen other than by video, never done that before. Neil was incredibly helpful throughout. I liked that the online video showed the car in its unprepared state and that he did another one for me that highlighted any minor blemishes etc. prior to delivery and after prepping the car he sent me another one. The car arrived and was in beautiful condition. Great service and Neil was a very honest and friendly. salesman.Thoroughly recommend.

We are a garage in mid wales. Tom from psd called to say he had a customer who had an issue with his vehicle. We deal with a lot after sale warranties, and sometimes they can be quite difficult to deal with. The psd group though were far from that. I can say they are the friendliest and most easiest company I have dealt with. The work was completed, I called they settled the bill immediately. A pleasure to do business with.

I hire cars fairly regularly around the UK through work and i can say that without doubt PSD Warrington offers the best exeperience of the lot: quick, polite, professional and properly cleaned and presented cars. Harry also gave me a lift back to the station after returning the car.

Great experience with PSD. Last year I hired for a number of weeks as my car was in the garage, the team went above and beyond, especially Vicky. I’ve just recently hired again, just for a week this time. Vicky once again really helped me out and everything was just as easy hire wise as the first time round. Would strongly recommend if needing to hire.

Neil from PSD was brilliant from the moment I enquired about a Fiat 500. Kept me upto date on its purchase progress. Car is immaculate inside and out after a visit to the workshop to fix a few minor dings. Car came with a great deal on warranty and breakdown cover. I hate buying cars but Neil has changed my feelings on this and will go back to him in the future when my other Daughter needs a car. Thanks Neil for an amazing experience.

Purchasing a car online without seeing it in the flesh is something I would not consider. But from the moment I contacted Neil the assurance I felt answering all my questions, sending me further images and a detailed walk through video of car made me feel at ease. Neil kept in contact with me right through to the delivery of the car which in the end felt like a seamless purchase. A great price and I absolutely love the car. Thank you Neil!

Excellent service. Reserved the car, they fixed everything they said they would to a great standard. Was ready to collect before projected time . All paperwork was done before hand , it was a case of collecting paper work and driving off. Good friendly service … they even put petrol in it . Would recommend
