I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Asianconnect.

My account has been under verification for more than 20 days, despite the fact that I have already submitted all required documents, including proof of identity and proof of address.

The support team keeps sending generic responses without providing any clear explanation or timeframe. This looks like intentional delay.

The most concerning part is that approximately €12000 of my funds are currently blocked, and I am unable to withdraw them without any valid reason.

I have already submitted a formal complaint to the Curaçao Gaming Authority and will continue to escalate this case further if necessary.

At this point, I cannot recommend this service to anyone. Be very careful before depositing money here.

Very disappointing experience.

I had an issue with a bet on the match between Eik and Jerv. The game was interrupted at 1–1 due to heavy rain, lightning and thunder, but later resumed and finished with 5 goals in total. My bet was initially settled incorrectly as if the final score was 1–1.

After reaching out to support, they reviewed the case, understood the situation and corrected the settlement to a win. I think this was a fair and right decision.
