I ordered a personalised bracelet, the time slot was 2-4 weeks due to personalisation. It came in just under 2 weeks. And the packaging and the bracelet itself is lush! Give nothing bad to say.

I would give this company 10 stars if I could, gorgeous jewelry but the bracelet I got for my daughters 18th birthday with her name on it was gorgeous we both love it, also I was kept up to date through the whole process. Brilliant company ❤️

Just wow ! I’ve had my eye on the double name necklace for ages !I had the link saved on my favourites for a while. When my 2nd baby was born I ordered it only a few days after !

Just fantastic! When I received it which didn’t take too long I fell in love haven’t taken it off since. The stages of arrival are great the team keep going posted of the stage of where your delivery is at from design to crafting to quality check. Honestly such a great business to purchase from will be purchasing again

Really good quality jewellery, I bought a pair of earrings and a personalised necklace from Prya and I’m obsessed with them, I’ve received so many compliments on my necklace, customer service was also really helpful and lovely. Would recommend this brand if you want good quality jewellery for reasonable prices :)

After purchasing my third necklace i had some issues with quality which was a surprise to me after having such a great experience with my first product. I emailed PRYA and was dubious if they would suggest the issue was caused by me but oh wow their customer service was impeccable! Within the hour of emailing them, even late in the evening, a few polite emails and they had sent me replacements with no quibble at all ! Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Sometimes products have issues but knowing how amazing they are when that happens I will 100% be using again and faith restored ! Well done PRYA !

I have been ordering Jewellery from PRYA for a couple of years now & have never been disappointed. I am one of those people that doesn’t take my jewellery off, I sleep, shower, do the housework all wearing my jewellery and it still looks as good as the day it arrived. I also have customised jewellery which I know takes a little longer to come down but I can assure you that it’s worth the wait. I am currently waiting for another customised order from them and they keep me in the loop every time, letting me know each step that’s taking place to make my order perfect. The team are small but so helpful and have the best customer support I have spoken to in a while. If you’re looking for jewellery that doesn’t break the bank, whilst still being high quality then PRYA is the way forward!

This brand… wow! I purchased a personalised ankle bracelet in silver. After having a lot of issues with ankle bracelets from other brands snapping, my expectations were low, however this brand massively exceeded them! The bracelet is a beautiful design exactly as shown online, the metal is super shiny and responds well to polishing and most of all it’s extremely sturdy, none of the connecting hoops have stretched or broken and I’ve worn it in all climates since the day I bought it several months ago. Could not recommend enough. Even the process is updated in steps online. Will absolutely purchase again!!!!!!!

1 star for lovely jewellry ..but honestly the hoop type are so small the actuall diameter that they squosh my ears..its like they made for little kids ears its ridiculous they are not cheap but so small im surprised they fit anyone..also no gift bag you have to pay..i think the jewllry is very pretty but no excuse for the sizing etc

I had a very positive experience with PRYA’s customer service. After raising concerns about their products, the matter was addressed promptly and resolved within a couple of days. I am highly satisfied with the way my concerns were handled and appreciated the professionalism and understanding shown throughout the process.

I have purchase a variety of products from prya, unfortunately three out of the 4 items have all tarnished after three months and are also very itchy at times. The chains have gone silver/metallic and the initial that came with a necklace had turned brassy. I have used other companies who offer gold plated jewellery and they have preserved perfectly after 3+ years. I won’t be using Prya again. Posting here as the website reviews appear to show an unfair representation

I ordered a custom name necklace about a year ago and it tarnished, changed colour and turned my neck green. So disappointed the material underneath looks like silvery pink so god knows what it is but it went rusty and I had high hopes from this brand.
