I use my Prungo mainly for an achilles…

I use my Prungo mainly for an achilles tendon problem after someone crashed a very heavy shopping trolley into me, many years ago.
When I get a flare up, using the Prungo can give almost instant pain relief it also shortens the healing time frame from in the past a week to 10 days to 4 to 5 days using two sessions a day.
The customer service is highly recommended. Rapid responses and effective solutions. Thank You Prungo

Customer service was great!

Customer service was great. The device works as intended and holds a charge well, and is easy to use. It comes with adequate straps for most uses already with the device, which means its ready to use right out of the box. I like the 3 different settings and how easy it is to charge.

Real Relief for My Shoulder Pain + Top-Tier Support

PRUNGO exceeded my expectations—both with their product and their customer support.

I originally purchased their red light therapy device, and it genuinely delivers. I’ve been dealing with shoulder pain, and after consistent use, I noticed a real difference. Less stiffness, improved mobility, and overall relief that I wasn’t getting before. It’s one of those products you’re skeptical about at first, but it actually works.

I did run into an issue with the charging base, which wasn’t working properly. Their team asked for a detailed video to diagnose it—which, to be fair, was a bit involved—but I understand why they do it. Once they reviewed it, they confirmed the issue quickly and immediately arranged a replacement.

What stood out most is that they didn’t just replace the faulty part—they offered to upgrade me to a full 3-module set at no cost. That’s not something you see often.

Bottom line: the product works, and the company stands behind it. If anything goes wrong, they handle it the right way.

Fast delivery, great customer service

Fast delivery, and the prungo fluxgo seems great. Too early to tell if it will be beneficial, but the pods and the case both feel premium and well built. So far it seems to be helping, and I’m happy with the purchase. The strap-system works fine, allthough a few more straps of different lengths would be nice.

The customer service is absolutely superb. Whenever I had questions, they were quick, concise and helpful. I had a few issues with the product, and they were quick to fix the issue. 10/10

Of things to improve on: the pods make a fairly loud beep when turned on, when low on battery and when turning off. There is no way to turn this beeping off. However Prungo has been alerted of this, and will consider adding that moving forward.

A circle of hell..

I haven’t had the opportunity to use the products as they seem unable to get the item to the couriers who bizarrely once they did they’ve chosen Evri who are possibly worse than prungo at their job….. so at this point my parcel is floating somewhere and neither can be contact except through an Ai drive circle of hell.. good luck if you use either.. but you’ve been warned.

My son has been dealing with Osgood…

My son has been dealing with Osgood Schlatters (very tall for his age) this has caused him to reduce activity over the last few months. Within one week the pain has significantly reduced to the point he’s been bouncing around noting it feels so much better. Still gets some pain after activity but the next morning after treatment comments it feels much better. Early days but very encouraging. Will be used throughout the cricket season as a bowler which caused the initial issues.

I'm writing this review because Prungo…

I'm writing this review because Prungo will not replace my faulty charger unless I give them an honest review. They have also offered me a free upgrade. So the make of that what you will.
I can't say if the device works but I have used a large IR and R photobiomodulation panel and tracked it on Whoop with positive effect. Prungo should be similar if smaller effect.
The three-way charger broke. The single charger has a weak magnet connect which comes off. The mobile advantage of Prungo over a fixed panel is somewhat decrease if you have to keep disconnecting the strap to charge which puts you off using it. Communication with support could be better. If they could make charging work with the strap on and improve customer support I would recommend it.

It does actually work.....

I originally purchased my Prungo FluxGo for knee pain issues related to cycling, and to be honest, FluxGo exceed my expectations by a long way. My knee injury has healed and am now using FluxGo in the evening after a ride - sort of a maintenance mode to aid in the preventative of future injuries.

Looks and works great.

Overall my experience with the Prungo Flux go has been excellent. The device is so easy to strap onto my knee or most recently my shoulder. The red light therapy greatly helped to accelerate healing for my patellar tendinitis injury. The device comes with a charging/carrying case for the three units or it charges a single unit by itself with a cable wire connector. Customer service has been great. After I misplaced the larger strap and reached out for help, I was sent a complete set of replacement straps. I enjoy the device quality and build as well. The units feel sturdy, and so do the straps. It seems to help with every day aches and pains, and I'll keep using it without hesitation.

Great Customer service

My laser was lost in transit and I had not received it after 3 weeks. I reached out to the company and the customer service was on it. They remedied the situation and I am a very happy customer with my device. I used the laser on my sinus infection and it cleared it up quickly! Thank you Prungo for standing by your product and upholding ethical principles.

Good quality product

I have been using my Prungo FluxGo for a short time and am impressed with the ease of use and build quality of this product. Communication with the support team has been good. It’s too early to say if it will help with my knee recovery but I am hopeful for a good outcome.

I've loved using my Prungo Red Light

I've loved using my Prungo Red Light. I use it almost daily. I had one issue with one of the lights and their customer service was so responsive and had a new light to me the next day. I have seen a huge difference in some RA in my hands as well as using it for my shoulders and neck. I used to get headaches every time I worked out, I put my Prungo on right afterwards and it has noticeably improved and I am getting less headaches!

PRUNGO FluxGo, an excellent experience.

I have been using the PRUNGO FluxGo for several weeks now to treat inflammation in my wrist. After just one week of use, I began to notice significant improvements, and as the days go by, the recovery process seems to be accelerating. This device has proven to be incredibly effective in reducing inflammation and speeding up recovery. Not only is it helping me heal, but I also plan to use it regularly as a preventive tool and to promote tissue regeneration, helping me maintain better joint health in the long term.
