AFTER WRITING A HONEST REVIEW & RESPONDING TO THEIR REPLY OF LIES. THEY HAVE SNEAKILY HAD TRUSTPILOT REMOVE IT STATING HARMFUL & ILLEGAL CONTENT!! WHEN IT CONTAINED NO SUCH THINGS!!!

contacted these. And they said they'd take over my case. And confirmed this with me in email.
But not long after the housing retaliated by buying a interim order to start injunction proceedings which is illegal . When I quickly contacted the firm over the order I was served, they ditched me fast saying I wasn't their client, so not their problem. I had to fight the order alone. But the fact they dropped me after saying happily take my case , when this happened is awful.
It also speaks volumes when a firm tries getting Trustpilot to remove Genuine reviews. Which I can see they have done to others. So their score on here is false

UPDATE AFTER MY ORIGINAL REVIEW WAS REMOVED:
Shortly after posting my honest experience with PR Scully & Co, I received an email from Trustpilot informing me that the firm had flagged my review and claimed it “didn’t seem genuine.”

Interestingly, instead of addressing any of the issues raised in my review, the response was simply to attempt to remove it from public view.

Trustpilot’s message stated:
• the business flagged my review because they “don’t think it’s genuine”
• their automated system looked for “suspicious patterns”
• my activity level on Trustpilot was part of the basis

To clarify, my review was a 100% genuine account of my experience.
I simply haven’t left hundreds of Trustpilot reviews like most normal people. That does not make the experience any less real.

What stands out most is how quickly the firm moved to suppress negative feedback rather than engage with it professionally. This, in my opinion, speaks volumes about their approach to client communication and transparency.

My experience remains the same:
• abrupt one-line responses
• spelling errors
• no explanation for declining my case
• no assessment or professional courtesy

If a firm responds to criticism by trying to erase it rather than improve, potential clients may wish to consider what that indicates.

In a tenancy deposit case I received nothing but the best treatment from Aoife and Emma, they helped me through the court case and the aftermath. What was actually a Stressful time for me was made much easier by their help and guidance.
Every step of the way from start to finish they were by my side.
Thank you to you all. Will definitely recommend to others.

I have been dealing with this company for coming up to a year now, and I’m pretty sure they will be happy my case is finally coming to an end as it’s been a very long one, however during this whole time Jacqui has been amazing, kept me up to date, sorted everything out for me and with this the first time ever dealing with solicitors she really put me at ease, and when she has been on annual leave her colleague Amy and another person (tried to find her name but can’t get see it through all the emails so sorry) kept me up to date if there was anything I needed to know.
Even when at the end there had to be changes made they were so prompt and still got everything sorted for me so I didn’t have to worry.

I have recently taken over by P R Scully after my case has been on going for over 3 years with the previous solicitor. Since day one of my case being handed over, I have been communicated with throughly and within a timely manner. My case handler, has been kind, compassionate and very patient with my multiple questions. As an individual who suffers from anxiety, it was key for me to be understood and reassured when required and once again my solicitor exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t recommend a better solicitor.

My son's case was complex and long one due to the other party, Amy Dove and Alisdair brown.have worked hard ,keeping us informed, up to date, arranging appointments, meetings etc, put up with a lot of difficulties with my son due to his life changing injuries, but always gave 100% think we've made friends for life, definitely use again.

I highly recommend anyone to PR Scully. I had a roadside accident in 2020 and the solicitors I previously had were no good at all. Amy at PR Scully picked up my case from my previous solicitors and got on the phone to me day 1. Everything was explained and a roadmap was set of how and where things will go.
