Bought the proxy today, tried to use it literally the same minute. Dolphin Anty immediately flagged it as burned. Tried logging into Facebook with a clean setup and new profile — account got banned instantly.

I contacted support less than 5 minutes after purchase. The agent “Ola” was completely useless. No refund, no replacement, no solution at all.

End result: lost the proxy, lost the profile, lost money. Garbage service. If you try to save a little, you end up losing way more. Never again.

these guys are lying about their proxy locations. I paid and one of the location I want and was displayed on their website is not there. I doubt I'll get a refund. stay away.

I purchased a proxy specifically for Turkey, but the IP I received was located in Helsinki, Finland — confirmed by multiple IP geolocation services. When I contacted support, they just referred me to MaxMind and claimed it's the only source they acknowledge, even though the IP clearly wasn’t in Turkey.

To make things worse, they refused to offer a replacement or refund, despite the proxy being completely useless for my intended purpose. Their system misrepresents IP locations and they hide behind a “no change, no refund” policy even when the product is not as described.

Avoid this service if you need accurate geo-targeting or any form of customer support that actually solves problems. Extremely disappointing and a waste of money.

Ip's were straight ass. Asked for a refund, responses are so long and slow. And customer support repeatedly asking the same questions over and over again with no proper brain usage. Took me like 5-6 times, just to get a refund through their thick heads. Better, cheaper sites out there, avoid this one.

Despite advertising "static and residential proxies," this service consistently delivers datacenter (corporate) IP addresses instead. When I purchased what was explicitly marketed as residential proxies, I received nothing but datacenter IPs that were immediately flagged and blacklisted by the websites I needed to access.

[Inadequate Technical Support]:
Upon contacting their technical support regarding this fundamental misrepresentation, I was dismissed with claims that this discrepancy "wouldn't cause any harm." This response demonstrates either a concerning lack of technical knowledge or deliberate dishonesty, as datacenter IPs are routinely blocked by most modern websites specifically because they are easily identifiable as non-residential traffic.

[Geographical Inconsistencies]:
The geographical accuracy of their IP addresses is equally problematic. Despite specifically requesting United States-based IP addresses, many of the provided IPs are geolocated to entirely different countries. More troubling is their practice of advertising IPs as belonging to reputable ISPs like AT&T, when in reality these same IPs are registered under completely different providers such as "Great Basin Internet."

[Deceptive Verification Claims]:
When confronted about these inconsistencies, their support team directs customers to use MaxMind for verification, claiming this resolves any database discrepancies. However, this recommendation exposes their own contradictions: even MaxMind's database clearly identifies their "residential" proxies as non-residential, directly contradicting their marketing claims. Their suggestion to use MaxMind appears to be nothing more than an attempt to deflect criticism by showing ISP information derived from ASN data, while completely ignoring the fundamental issue that the advertised ISP bears no relation to the actual service provider.

[Final Assessment]:
This service represents a textbook example of deceptive marketing practices in the proxy industry. They systematically misrepresent their product offerings, provide inadequate technical support, and employ misleading verification methods to justify their substandard service.
I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this service entirely. Not only will you receive inferior products that fail to meet basic functionality requirements, but you'll also be supporting business practices that undermine the integrity of the entire proxy service industry.
Save your money and seek alternatives from providers who offer genuine transparency and deliver the services they actually advertise.

The resident IP address I purchased is not from the home broadband operator, and no refund is given.

I have not used it formally, nor have I consumed more than 100MB of traffic.

I have submitted two tickets, but there have been no refunds.

My issue was fixed with a direct approach from the support agent Ola.

This is the worsed proxy I've ever come across, I bought this so called proxy cheap on 2nd of this month and believe me you up to today I've never used even a single minute... Please my good people, if you don't want to get an heart attack keep away from this annoying proxy.

I bought a Static Residential (ISP) Premium proxy for $10.58, but within a week it stopped working for what I needed due to technical issues that weren’t on my end. I asked for a one-time replacement as a courtesy, but was told no because of the strict refund and replacement policy.

I understand that companies have policies, but it’s frustrating when there’s no flexibility, especially when the issue happens shortly after purchase and isn’t the customer’s fault. A bit more understanding and better support in cases like this would really make a difference.

Hopefully they'll consider revisiting the policy to better support users who run into real issues.
