it works decent, except when it doesn't you have absolute no clue, the live support agents can't get back with you on time, there's no way to communicate or even tell if the service is down, but otherwise it's really good

They are crap service, proxy have uptime like 30% ? haha all reviews here are fake. Support on live chat can do nothing only send to faq. Never get replied on ticket. Very bad service with btc pay only with high fees

We believe this to be a case of a "revenge review." Since Trustpilot won't provide the customers email, its hard to verify your experience.
One thing I can say for sure is that we've been operating for over a year and our downtime is very minuscule. We have numerous fail-safes in place so that if something happens to our servers or proxies, they will be back online within minutes automatically.
Regarding your comment on our live chat agents, they are outsourced from a third party. This means they do not have access to any backend panel, or any billing platform. They can only help strictly with troubleshooting, and common FAQs. If there is an issue they cannot help with, they create a ticket, and a member of our team responds within 24-48 hours. Sometimes there are a large amount of tickets and the wait time could be longer.
Lastly, regarding the bitcoin fees, that is completely out of our control. When you send a transaction with bitcoin, you have to pay fees alongside with it. Usually the fees is very small (pennies) but sometimes when there is a large amounts of transactions on the blockchain network, the fees and can be a little more expensive (couple dollars). The fee doesn't go to us, it goes to the miners that handle transactions.
Regardless, if you are unhappy with the service we do offer refunds. You are welcome to request one if you haven't already consumed your bandwidth.

The customer service was great! I had many questions about the proxies offered and he was able to answer every single one! I just bought and I love the service, the rotating proxies are sick given how they serverside switch between requests which is awesome as I don't have to use huge lists of proxies! Great job guys!

Great customer support
I signed up for the smallest plan with the hopes of trying it out before eventually upgrading. Unfortunately, I had some problems connecting to the proxies.
Customer Support really did their best in troubleshooting but we just weren’t able to solve it and was granted a full refund. Nevertheless, their assistance was much appreciated and shows they’re dedicated to their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate coming back in the future.
