I've been using Proxify from r nearly a year now and I've nothing but the best to report. The staff I've worked with (Seah Bankston) has been nothing short of perfect in finding me the best and most closely aligned developers I've needed for my projects.

They brought an excellent and reliable developer to our project where Alvi dealt with new functionality, converted functionality into the latest Angular version, restructured a major part of the performance presentation into Angular, extending server API's and performing build improvements.

Proxify has been a great partner and helped us fill some crucial roles on our dev team. We'll continue to use them going forward as we build out our organization.

The reaction time to first contact and afterwards was amazing. The staffing of the specialist was very fast and also the quality and experience is very high.

Firstly, you have to fill you data and give an hourly estimate in their website. Afterwards, you have a screening interview to tell more about yourself and learn more about proxify and technical interview.

However, my personal experience in the screening interview was a disaster. Chrystian Rissoli had some issues with his microphone (low battery) and after 15mins, he wanted to re-schedule the whole interview, although I did explain everything and it was recorded with an AI. Anyways, I rescheduled it as soon as possible - in 2 days. We did the same exact interview (repeated myself). All fine! The bigger problem was that the rate I proposed was too high compared to the positions they have. I said I am not willing to lower it but I can give it a try, so at least I can test the platform, even Chrystian suggested that too. He concluded the interview by saying that I will get a technical task, with a technical interview afterwards.

However, in 1 day I received a generic email which stated that "Even though we wish we could provide further feedback to everyone, due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to provide further details". Why? You can clearly state the reason.

I mean... if the rate was too high, why do we waste our time, or least mine? I value my time, a lot. Two screening interviews which I had to do in the evening (21:00) for no reason. A simple email or even a price slider with min-max range would do the job.

Proxify matched us with Felipe, an excellent software engineer and front end developer. He was able to guide our software development process and was always thoughtful, creative, disciplined, very hardworking, had a positive attitude, and paid close attention to detail. He also took great pride in his work and added tremendous value to the product and the company.

We were matched with multiple developers super fast. We picked one, but things didn't work out. Not only did we not have to pay for our mistake, Proxify was super helpful in resolving the situation, they were very professional about it, and they even agreed to make small changes to the process to help us avoid the same mistake again! Unmatched flexibility, amazing service!

My experience with Proxify has unfortunately been far from satisfactory, highlighting a significant disparity between the service promised and what was delivered. I embarked on this professional journey with optimism, trusting in Proxify's reputed ability to connect clients with skilled freelancers. However, the reality of our collaboration was a series of unmet expectations and unresolved challenges.

The freelancer assigned to us, despite Proxify's assurances of competency, fell short of our project's requirements, leading to considerable delays and financial repercussions for our business. Efforts to address these issues through Proxify's proposed resolutions were met with responses that, in our view, lacked adequate consideration of the gravity of the situation and the impact on our operations.

The financial aspect of this collaboration was particularly disheartening. We found ourselves in a position where we had to advocate strongly for fair compensation, reflecting the losses incurred due to the freelancer's underperformance. Despite our attempts to reach a reasonable and amicable resolution, the proposals extended by Proxify fell significantly short of our calculated losses, leading to an unsatisfactory conclusion to our grievance.

When I joined as CTO the company already had a few people from Proxify. The process was smooth and suited us. We tried to extend the team with a specific role in our home town but didn't find any suitable candidates. Proxify searched the world (from what we understand) and found a developer with the right experiences that suited our budget. That raised the experience form 3 to 5 stars.

Terrible. Very low volume of job. Low rates, they simply don't appreciate the cost of good talent and want to get the cheapest price out of you as possible.
