Excellent service from going online to purchasing and delivery
Bought a large water bottle for my friends birthday and she loves it, it’s a cute dog design too

Horrible, os horrible

The new lids arrived much quicker than I expected, which was excellent,
However my daughter had a new bottle for Christmas and the lids dent just by knocking them in a table top. We love the bottles just not so.sure about the lids, hence getting 2 replacements.

This beautiful water bottle is perfect for me as I need to keep hydrated and this bottle is just what I needed! Would definitely recommend giving proworks a try 🙂

Fast delivery despite postal problems.

I bought a water bottle from here via Amazon. When I received it there was a problem with the lid. I messaged via the website and spoke to Nicki who could not have been more helpful. I was asked to send more details and photos. After acknowledging the problem I was offered an immediate replacement. Great communication, great customer service, quick turnaround on both the original and the replacement. I can't fault them and especially Nicki. Many thanks 😁

I originally ordered my bottle on 22 November, which as of today, is still sitting somewhere in a sorting office in Newcastle due to the Royal Mail strikes. Since this was supposed to be a Christmas present, this was less than ideal. I wasn't even provided a tracking number until I contacted customer service.

To be fair to Nicky, she was very responsive and very apologetic. She eventually offered to ship me a replacement bottle by courier, which I accepted gratefully. The bottle arrived about 30 minutes ago, so thank you very much Nicky!

This is the third bottle I have bought from Proworks, and it probably won't be my last.

Where's my delivery? Order placed 10 days ago. Shipping 3-5 days and yet no confirmation of shipping yet. How long do I have to wait? Its a quality product but very poor service.

Very poor website, frustrating to use - items appear as if they are available not marked as out of stock and yet you try to order and nothing available.

Easy ordering process, fast delivery. Great product. Having a name on it makes it a great present for children particularly the smaller one. Very happy. This my third purchase.

Brilliant company they make high-quality products and their customer service is fantastic! I’d managed to loose the seals to a very well used & loved bottle and they sent me replacements free of charge.

Lovely item, beautifully packaged and processed very quickly (just Royal Mail that delayed delivering the item)

Also helpful staff on emails as I had made an error on my address and they were able to amend that prior to dispatch.

The water bottle is very cute and I’m pleased with the quality of the product, but I didn’t receive one of the items I ordered. I bought the water bottle, a straw lid, and the clip. I received all but the straw lid

The customer service is brilliant! (You don’t get many of that nowadays from other companies) I’ve received my order and one of my bottles had a black mark and scratch on the rim and Nicki kindly sent me a replacement. Thank you. I will indeed place more orders in the future when in need for new water bottles.
