I have been waiting for an answer for over a year.
No interest from the company, they send you an automatic email to send to the credit company, and then you wait as long as possible, one, two, three years, it depends, they say.
If anyone else is in this situation and wants to file a complaint, I would be happy to help.
I have filed a complaint and will file it wherever possible, it doesn't seem normal to me to charge a fee and not receive that service, it's been more than a year, when I first contacted them a year ago I was told it would take around 2-3 months, later it was 6-8 months.
In conclusion, be careful.

they are scammers

they are scammers, I paid in 3 installments with Klarna and almost 2 years have passed and they haven't lifted a finger in my case, after I gave them money goodbye quick replies on WhatsApp and the fact that they supposedly communicate through emails where you just fill in a few details is magic, I asked them if it was ok they didn't say anything and came back after 2 months saying I hadn't done anything right

No Trusted company

With money recovery from a financial car payment, I have been trying to recover this money for over a year. I understand that starting this March, the money will be released (I hope). The only issue I have with this company is that they never answer the phone. How is it possible that such a "big" company doesn't have someone to answer the phone? When they want to collect money from you, they call you ASAP.

Second, we are sorry if you called us and we couldn't answer the phone before you hang up. Sometimes the number of people calling is greater than the number of agents. Probably we are not the first company in the world having this problem, and probably not the last one. If this trait in itself means we deserve a 1* review, after all the work we've done for your case and the work we will be doing, so be it.

There are two ways for you to get in touch with us: 1) email us to the customer support team (oz@proveitweb.co.uk). Usually the team is answering in 2-3 business days. And 2) if you need to have a chat with us, we have the WhatsApp messages which are answered in a matter of minutes. and 3) If you need to call us, just drop a line to the customer support team and let us know a date and time to be called and we will call you.

I hope that these three ways to support our customers are enough for our customers.

We never brag ourselves of being a big company. We are a 20 people's team helping people with many products, from recuperating the hidden commission to locate and access private pensions. And many products in between.

Thank you for your email dated [date]. We understand you're complaining about the commission that you believe was paid to the dealer for introducing you to us. This is our acknowledgment of your complaint. We wanted to assure you that we've received your complaint and are dealing with it.

We can tell you that (a) we paid a commission to the dealer for your introduction and (b) this commission was not a discretionary commission (meaning the dealer couldn't influence the rate of interest where this would affect the amount of commission they received).

We normally have eight weeks to send you a final response letter, but the pause introduced by the Financial Conduct Authority (the FCA) means the period starting on 11 January 2024 and ending on 4 December 2025 is not counted when calculating this eight-week period. Hello. We are deeply sorry for the impression we left on you. Your case is progressing a little bit slower than normal cases and I will explain here the milestones from your case.

Although we did understand that you considered us a scam because we didn't answer the phone when you called us, I think that 19 emails between us and yourself and few good hours on the phone trying to progress your case prove that we are not a scam.

I will detail here the major steps from your file for everybody to see and make their own judgement if we are a scam or not.

You become our customer in early March. Immediately you sent from our system the first email to your finance company. You got an auto reply mentioning you will get a reply in 8 weeks.

In May we instructed you to send a follow up email as the law requires. We provided you all the necessary instructions. You never sent this email, as we found out in July during our almost two hours phone call trying to locate this email.

Unfortunately in your case the company still hasn't responded. But, if you follow our process, they will. Right now, as you finally sent the follow up email beginning of July, the law requires us to wait for 30 days. If nothing will happen, we will escalate to ICO. Unfortunately nobody in this world can speed up this process. But, if we follow all the steps, we will reach out a positive result.

Therefore, if after so many emails between our company and yourself, after few good hours on the phone, after a clear mistake on your part that put us on the wrong path for two months, you consider us a scam.... it is your judgement call.

But please allow us to very politely completely disagree with your adjective.

We are proceeding with your case and we will see it through.
