I arrived for a course today and was asked to leave the room by Carrie because I was late, even though the delay was entirely beyond my control. I reached the building on time but couldn’t enter due to a faulty doorbell. I had travelled over an hour to attend, and when I tried to explain the situation, Carrie refused to listen and handled the situation in a very dismissive and unprofessional manner. Her attitude was unnecessarily harsh and left me feeling extremely disrespected and tearful.
I have used ProTrainings for a number of years, mainly for first aid aids, but more recently for CellAED defibrillators. Always get great service. Highly recommended.
