Excellent product
The home spray is an excellent product. It removes bathroom odors, garbage odors, etc. I would give it 5 stars if it weren't aerosol. I understand they're working on developing a spray that doesn't use aerosol.

All our sprays contain no harmful Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs).
Nitrogen is environmentally safe and harmonious (78% of the air is Nitrogen).
It is not flammable and does not deplete the ozone in any way.
Nitrogen is 100% inert. It is harmless and has no effect on any aerosol composition.
It also allows for the spray to be nearly silent so it does not disrupt or frighten children, elderly, pets or livestock.

Either I spend $1500 for a germ detector, or Protekt can have an independent research lab verify effectiveness, and have the results reflected in ads and on the website. I’m sure word of mouth and sales would skyrocket.

This product is great as I have been using several different products over the past 12 months. The shipping/delivery has improved over this time to its current very satisfactory level. My only wish would be for the pump version of hand sanitizer to be back in stock.

I got the all purpose cleaner
I got the all purpose cleaner. Heard about the product during a fundraiser. Disappointed in the product when trying to use it to clean my bathroom. It didn't remove the soap scum, much less the mildew on my bathtub tiles. Had to revert back to using toxic tilex.

We can’t be sure why you’re experiencing less than stellar results, but would be happy to talk with you to determine what happened. Our products are scientifically proven in hospital and university studies around the world to clean down to the microscopic level and are highly effective. Having said that, variables such as improper preparation (ie, not shaking prior to mixing, water temp, dilution ratios, etc) can affect performance of the bacteria. Hard water may also require higher amounts of concentrate.
Although our cleaner has surfactants for an initial cleaning, the DEEP cleaning takes place over time. Remember that these are living microbes and they continue to work for up to 5 days. Heavy soiling such as built up mildew in showers can take a few cleanings over time to fully penetrate. Consistency is key. Once the problem is under control, maintenance cleaning will keep the area clean. We would recommend that you give it another go—using a higher amount of concentrate (shake first and after mixing with WARM water, allow it to sit for a short time before scrubbing clean. Repeat cleaning every 3-5 days to work away the buildup. Over time, and cleanings, you will see outstanding results! Weekly cleanings will then maintain the results. Amazing for your skin!
I bought this product earlier in the year, it has lasted about 6 months and I use it on my face almost daily and LOVE it! I can use it both before make up on a bare face or after make up. It gives it a beautiful glow that feels healthy, clean and looks amazing! I have tried different products but non have worked like this, or have had harsh chemicals. This product is not only clean but it helps repair my skin at the same time. Oh and it smells so fresh! Excellent product! Thank you!!

Skin repair serum
I have only been using the facial product, Protekt Probiotic Skin Repair Serum, for 3 weeks so I can't really see any changes. I don't have any conditions and maybe that's why I am saying I don't see any changes. However I like how soft it makes my skin, and like the fragrance, too. I will keep using it and maybe it will make the fine lines on my face soften?
All in all I like the product.

I made a purchase and noticed that the size had changed as well as the type of bottle. I wrote an email that was hastily written and a little rude. In response I received a very detailed email explaining the reason why the size had changed and the reason why the bottle had changed. I was very impressed with the email and I felt valued as a customer.
I can say that customer service at Protekt is 100%!!!! A rare thing these days. The products are all outstanding!

However, it's important to remember that our probiotics do have a life cycle because they are living microbes. Depending on the area's contamination, it can take multiple uses to initially re-balance the microflora--especially if the area is susceptible to heavy contamination or has a buildup of biofilm. If you're getting less than stellar results, we recommend you apply it more often and repeatedly until the balance is reached, and then just maintain! Protekt Has Great Products!
My wife and I are very pleased with our orders. We especially like the Probiotic Serum and we have ordered our 3rd one today. We also like the all purpose cleanser cause it works very well and a little goes a long way because, you only need a teaspoon in 16 oz of water. Just remember to use it up within 3 days and then mix a fresh batch. We are customers for the long haul.

An excellent array of products!
The only bad part about these products is that not everyone knows they exist yet. I’m a bit of a germaphobe, but more than just that, they give me a lot of peace in knowing that my skin/surfaces will be clean on a deeper level. That they will stay that way. I love knowing there are giant wars going on all over my house and on my skin between the bacteria - and it’s quite obvious the probiotics are winning. The house smells fresher. Dust is disappearing on its own. I don’t have to wear deodorant anymore, and pores that I always thought were permanent are shrinking away. I feel like I’m doing a good thing for the environment and the people around me by using Protekt - and all I have to do is spray!
