First of all change your delivery boy or place a person who is well familiar with the surrounding. I had clearly mentioned to call the phone number if they are having trouble finding the locality, but they didn't. Now you expect me to give you 5 stars

INNER SEAL INSIDE LID FOUND MISSING
I received the package on time and all the external seals were intact.
On opening the package, I found that the seals on the container were also intact but the paper seal which is supposed to be there inside the lid of the container was missing ie on opening the lid the contents were exposed. The inner seal with ON written all over it was missing. I don't know whether the product shipped to me was a genuine product or not. Prior to this whenever I purchased an ON product, this inner seal was always there.

As you have mentioned that the seals on the container were intact that means no tampering has been done on your package by Delivery agents.
Since, Companies use Organic glue for air tight seal It's very normal for the paper seals to stick to the lid after it is sealed at the factory. But, if you still have doubts check the authenticity on Importers Website or Contact our customer Care.
