Only purchases of crypto using fiat require ID. This is out of our control. Crypto to Crypto exchanges do not require ID.
I always use this website to get Monero because there's no KYC and they accept many other coins to exchange for XMR. Their exchange rates are also better than using crypto wallets like Cake!
literally just an embed of changenow
yeah they are wallets so it's meant to make it more convenient to get and exchange crypto, but you literally just embedded changenow into your site and are pretending it's you. you can't help people having issues, because the exchange is done on changenow, not your site.
since you're just running an embed of changenow there will not be less places to exchange xmr, and i guess you made this site out of boredom as you could have just made a redirect to your changenow referral link.
changenow's live chat support can cancel an exchange etc. and you can't, you can just answer questions or tell people to contact changenow, but then it would be too late.
i don't need to make a transaction in the embed on your site in order to post a review, so no TXID.

Slower exchange then what im used to but support reassured me in a timely manner 100% recommend using this service. for its size and rate its hard to match!

Most exchanges are completed within 20 minutes of receiving a confirmation on the crypto you send, but in rare cases it can take a couple hours to complete. This is usually due to network issues outside of our control but please don't hesitate to contact us if you think your exchange is stuck.
Just exchanged WAVES for XMR. There was a minor technical issue that affected things on web-frontend, to which tech support responded within minutes. Said issue didn't affect transaction and XMRs arrived as they should have.
Still had to lower it down to 4 stars, unfortunately.

Contacted support, acted honestly even though they could have ran off with the funds. Turns out the web page failed to send an email to the admin. They returned my funds before I even updated this review. Sorry to the owner, thank you for the fast support. And hope this review helps you out!

The client was refunded as soon as we were made aware of the situation. Some cryptos require a memo ID along with the wallet address when sending. This exchange was missing the memo which is why the exchange didn't go through.
