Policy was easy to set up on line, few variables available but would have been good to be able to increase the excess and lower the cost, not had to contact them so can't report on their customer service or indeed payout response but so far happy with the Policy to cover my new dog walking venture. Few chases to post a review.. bit annoying to be honest

Easy to buy/renew.
Our purchasing experience was fine and the cost was extremely competitive. Fortunately, we have not been required to make a claim so cannot rate the success or otherwise of that experience.
