We have investigated the claim in your review, and have found the following:
1) Your order was left securely at a local residence nearby, which can be verified by the GPS tracking provided by the courier. Unfortunately the delivery address provided with the order was incomplete and therefore added complication.
2) Warrington is not the delivery destination, but rather the destination of the nearest courier depot. This is not where your items have been left, but rather where they were despatched from.
3) It appears as though we have already issued a full refund for your order.
Once again, please accept our sincere apologies on this occasion.

This product is perfect for protecting…
This product is perfect for protecting newly painted doors that we manufacture.
It applies easily and is removed with no problem.
We have noted that even after a prolonged time on the door, it is still easy to remove which is ideal because some competitors products we have a devil getting the film off

Inspect these sheets before the driver leaves.
Sheets looked like they had been towed behind the delivery van. Some were split, others were full of holes and scrapes, some were split AND full of holes and scrapes. Needed them to line a tin shed against condensation so cut out the best bits and taped them together. The rest went in the bin. At that price it wasn’t worth the time and effort in complaining. VERY disappointed.

I did lots of research on other options before finding their website and can honestly say that they offered best value looking at quality and price. The goods arrived in minimal but strong packaging which was great for getting rid of waste. Great after sales service. Highly recommended - no hesitation in giving them 5 stars
