We had Marcus fit ours in he was brilliant from start to finish loved the cats especially Teddy , it looks amazing and so nice to see them play without leads .

I am so pleased with my new fencing. I was always anxious when going in the garden in case one of the cats slipped out, and it’s such a wonderful feeling to now be able to sit out in the garden with my cats, watching them play and sunbathe and not be worried that they may escape. (One of 3 jumped half way up the fence but quickly gave up - that’s been the only attempt)
Everybody involved in the process was great; Aaron phoned me to discuss options and arranged a quote, and the fitting was done about a week later. It took about 4 hours to install and the men were able to make adjustments around my garden bar to make sure everything was secure.
I can’t explain the feeling I have sitting in my egg chair in the sun with no worries and a cat on my lap 😸 thank you, ProtectaPet

Also the product is really unclear about how many elements you will need for what, we ended up buying less than we needed and then had to place another order.

arrived on one of the hottest days of the year, did it all before lunch, very impressed, wesley is currently looking for an escape plan, thankfully kittens to small to consider escaping, made a great job, even with my crappy fence panels, i would highly recommend

A trustful delivery and a quality product, my Cats are now happy in the garden but protected from the outside.

From the word go, the staff at ProtectaPet were very helpful and communication was excellent. The sales process was very straightforward and payment can be made in instalments. The catio is not a cheap option, but it is well worth the cost to keep my cats safe.

We have had a Protectapet enclosure for our boys, Milo and Sebastian, for four years and they love it. However because of new builds next door, neighbourhood cats were encroaching into the enclosure via the shed roof - a problem not previously identified. The boys were really not happy so back to Protectapet we went. Within two weeks the shed roof is now protected by Protectapet fencing, neighbourhood cats can no longer get in and the boys are happy again.
Thank you to Warren who returned to fit this tweak, having erected the original fencing. The boys’ peace of mind and safety is of paramount importance to us and your fencing, Protectapet, certainly provides that.

Good quality product and by far the most aesthetically pleasing catio on the market. I was one of the first purchasers of this new design and whilst we did have a few difficulties due to lack of clarity of instructions and rough finishes on some of the parts, I am delighted with the final result and Protectapet were keen to take on the feedback and rectify the issues we encountered, to further improve others experience. Highly recommend. The parts are also very good quality.

My cats were outdoor cats for almost 8 years until we moved recently. We knew that keeping them in forever wasn’t an option.
Having several options open to us, we decided that having a cat enclosure using the fencing system was the most suitable.

I first used Protectapet 15 years ago so when we needed something even more secure, naturally we turned to them again. They have built us a huge Catio, complete with shelves. Our cat is now happy and safe. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Protectapet. Truly a professional and caring company.

Erected well, and the cats live in it now, and they’re so much happier.

We have two young Siamese sisters and after a couple of very stressful months of allowing them to roam our estate, we decided to invest in cat proofing the garden for their safety and our peace of mind.
I can honestly say it’s been life changing. Rob worked solidly for almost 9 hours in the scorching heat, explained what he was doing and made modifications to the original plan, which suited our garden a lot better. We now leave our back door open when we go out, knowing the cats are safe and sound in the garden. The quality of the equipment, customer service and workmanship is second to none. We are so glad we did this, it’s expensive but it’s worth every penny.

We had a couple of problems but you sorted them out quickly.
