Prostrate Max is a scam, and I regret not researching it further. When I asked for at least a partial refund, they said wait for 60 days from when I first started product. I waited the 60 days, then again requested a partial refund.
Their answer? My request was outside their 60 day window, and it was denied.
I had an allergic reaction, called the company 3 times, emailed them 3 times about their return policy and I have not received and reply as to how to get my money back. Purchased the product 12/27/2025. Do not purchase this product.

this company charged me for something I didn't order. I contacted them while the card was still pending and gave them my order number and the email address associated with it. They said they would look into it. The person who replied to me was Sarah Williams, customer service. When I got an email that stated that my order was being prepared to ship, I reached back out and asked them it they cancelled the upgrade charge that was not authorized. The person replied that she was unsure of the issue as her name was Sarah Williams, doctor's assistant. What I concluded is this person claims to be anyone that fits the complaint. I will dispute the credit card charge. I believe they are crooks. Anyone who does not have a phone number and can only be contacted through email has got to be a scam.
I ordered three bottles they sent five and charged me and charged me for another product which I didn't order. I have tried to contact them but no reply
