Do not do business with them

Do not do business with them. Was delivered a list but after attempts to get data formatted a different way was ghosted. Sent many emails without follow-up. Dave Mitchum, Scott Walker, Ken Schmidt, if these even are real people. SCAM COMPANY, stay away!

This company falsely claimed they work…

This company falsely claimed they work with CoStar, a reputable commercial real estate platform. We wanted a list of commercial real estate agents and paid $2,500 for a list. They never delivered. Upon repeated attempts to contact them they never could give me an answer as to why i never received the list. This company appears to be a fraud.

SCAM COMPANY & Avoid at all cost

SCAM COMPANY! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!
I was contacted by Scott Walker(not even his real name) and Steven Abrams (not even his real name) and everything would be normal until you make the payment. All the terms and conditions that they mentioned regarding replacement of the invalid email IDs, bounces etc are all lies. Several attempts to contact them for the replacement are in vain so save yourself the trouble and don't waste a single dollar on this company. This is a scam company to the highest degree and they are an embarrassment for other legit data providers since they spoil the entire reputation of data providers. They should be arrested

More chaff than wheat

I was contacted by Roger Glen at Prospexworks, stating that he could provide me with an email list of outpatient primary care practices by EMR. We negotiated that since there would not be enough outpatient practices to meet their minimum, they would expand the search area until the minimum was met. The list that I got was at best 10% medical group contacts, the remainder were other things that use EMR's, like veterinarians and ambulances. There ws even a bicycle club! When I contacted both Roger and his associate Scott who provided the list, I got a promise of follow up and then rcomplete silence. Months later, despite many emails and calls on my end, I still have no response, even to say "too bad."
