Fake customer service

Their customer service does not really exist. They send you a link for if you want to return the defective item they just sent you, but the link doesn't work. Then you log on to their website and they say someone's available but you have to leave them a message. Then they send you an email saying that your message could not be delivered. They know they're sending you defective parts. I'm guessing they're just reselling parts that have been returned because they're defective. Then they're keeping the money and not allowing for any customer contact after you pay them.
