Had a faulty sewage tank pump, called Proseptic, from moment I spoke to Louise in the office to Richard their engineer attending, I knew I was being looked after by a professional, friendly and honest company, the problem was quickly identified and a new pump installed, all within two hours!
I have now found a great company to service my sewage system in future!

Amazing customer service from Proseptic all around, great communication when booking and this is best experience I have had with any trade. Everyone involved was amazing and highly professional. They left the garden very tidy (as if they hadn’t been here). Proseptic will be my go to drainage company in future. A big thank you to the whole team: Sarah, Tom, James, and Ashley.

A pleasure to work with from start to finish. Tom and team have been attentive, prompt and clear throughout. Our new system was fitted by Nick and Kieran who have done a sterling job of installing and commissioning. This is a specialist company who 'know their stuff' and have seen us right from start to finish.

The two engineers on site, Nick and Darren, were fantastic. They were professional, friendly, tidy, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They took real pride in their work and were a pleasure to have around for what could have been a stressful job.

Tom, the owner, was also brilliant throughout the process. He is a genuinely great guy, very knowledgeable, straightforward, and clearly cares about doing things properly and looking after his customers.

I also want to call out Sarah, who I worked with over email and who runs operations. Communication was clear, responsive, and helpful from day one, which made the whole process feel calm and well managed.

Overall, ProSeptic delivered exactly what they promised with no drama, no surprises, and a great attitude throughout. If you are considering sewage or drainage work and want a company you can trust, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We engaged Proseptic as we knew them from a previous installation. Before the team turned up to improve our existing sewage treatment unit, Tom, made a couple of exploratory site visits to make sure everybody was clear on nature of the works.
Borehole contractors were very efficient and knowledgeable and when Proseptic team arrived the weather was freezing but they managed to get everything sorted on time and left our land very tidy.

From the first phone call enquiry to the final clear up Proseptic have been first class & a genuine pleasure to work with. Tom was extremely thorough in all his communications, was clear & concise on exactly what was needed after the initial site visit. From the team in the office through to the guys on the ground our best interests were important to them and how they facilitated those elements into the project. Nothing was too much trouble when we asked questions & needed clarification. They went above and beyond throughout and my sincerest gratitude to the whole team for all their efforts on our behalf. Brilliant.

Tom, Sarah and the team have been excellent from the beginning. Tom worked with us to find the best solution to our off mains drainage problem - requiring a borehole and a waste treatment plant. The work was scheduled swiftly and completed on time with minimum disruption to us. Communications with us throughout the project were very clear and very professional.

Luke and his team were the most efficient, hard-working and genial chaps that we've ever encountered! Despite extremely hot weather and heavy work, even when they had to deal with our rising water table turning the tank over, they kept at it with great humour! They left the site better than when they found it and liaised with us at all stages. I could not recommend the company any higher, everyone we dealt with was professional and cheerful.

Proseptic replaced an old cesspit with a new sewage system in July, and made it a very easy process for us. The company worked seamlessly to deliver the solution: from Tom with the site survey & design, to Sarah & the operations team who managed deliveries / collections and kept us updated, to Luke and the team on the ground doing the actual installation and commissioning of the new system. The site was left in great condition, just needing time for grass seed to grow. The fixed quote generated from site survey was the final charge - no hidden surprises.
Overall the streamlined installation process really showed the benefit of Proseptic's expertise and experience in these types of specialised relatively one off drainage solutions.
