The quality of service throughout was excellent. This coupled Vince's clear knowledge and expertise made the process really straightforward but also gave us a high level of confidence in the findings within the survey.

I would highly recommend their service and would definitely use them again in future and have recently recommended them to friends.

Vince has completed two surveys for us each has been completed in a timely manner and the reports have been very comprehensive. I would recommend to friends and family who may need surveys.

Vince at Propvisory produced an extremely detailed report on the property I wish to buy with an appendix of photos taken internally and externally to accompany all aspects.

We trusted Propvisory to carryout out a survey following a long drawn out insurance claim where the Insurance companies approved contractors had assessed the damage and their findings. Even to a lay person, their findings were obviously wrong. We instructed Propvisory to determine if the insurance companies findings were right or wrong and to put forward a correct assessment where required. In short Propvisory confirmed, the insurance companies findings were incorrect. Even if he hadn't we would still have given them 5*

The report was easy to understand. They collected the keys and turned up when he said they would.

We were fortunate to instruct Propvisory to conduct a Homebuyer Survey on a property we intended to buy.
The report identified numerous faults that would have been costly to fix and we decided not to proceed with the purchase. The report and supporting photographs was sufficiently detailed to allow us to make a well informed decision.

I was on the internet because I was relocating many miles from my home. My search email gave me a Iong list. My phone rang very quickly from Vince who explained which survey would suit my needs. The survey was comprehensive and I was surprised by the quantity and quality of photographs. None of this was done face to face email or telephone . I would be very happy to use the surveyor again.

Once again Vince from propvisory provided us with an excellent survey which has highlighted issues that we would never has noticed ourselves on our viewings. I paid for the Level 3 Building Survey Report due to the age of the property I am purchasing.
Having never purchased a property before, Vince reassured me the property is generally in good condition and only some minor maintenance is required.
Vince undertook the survey within 3 days of first contact, other companies timescales were well over 3-4 weeks!
Report was completed slightly outside of agreed timescale but no problem as Vince had already given me an extensive report via Telephone.
Overall, a really good service and report, one that I'll recommend to others in the future.
