Marginal improvements to search
Marginal improvements to search functions over the years. But filter metrics are still not easily customizable, resulting in multiple redundant searches.
Data is relatively comprehensive. Kept up with the times adding better AI valuation metrics. Different plans offer different search capabilities (instead of just data volume) which is annoying

I used propstream before briefly. It was very helpful. I am using it for a completely different purpose now and wanted a refresher. The first few minutes were refresher. The second half was new information for me. That was incredibly helpful. Eddy also was able to answer all of my questions.

PropStream is the best!
I have been using PropStream for years. I have tried just about every other platform that is similar and PropStream is the one that works the best for me.
Anytime I’ve had an issue. They’ve cleared it up immediately.
Their postcards are great. There’s so many choices and they are more affordable than other platforms.
Their Skiptracing works good as well.
In my opinion, they are the best platform
