Fast delivery. very good quality

Customer service is quick, polite and on point. My auto-fill accidentally added my old address to my order and I hadn't noticed till checking the confirmation email from Propoptions. I emailed them, Ben responded and corrected the error and my parcel arrived to the right address within the 2 days service I asked for. Perfect!

Wonderful innovative products and fast delivery. The only thing I would like is clearer information on how heavy a cake the cake stands can support.

Quick delivery and beautiful stands that I bought

I ordered the Round Acrylic Fillable Clear Tier Seperator. This is the 2nd one I've bought.
I love the versatility of the separator. I can fill it with flowers or lights or both!
The delivery was really quick and it came with protective packaging for storage when not in use.
I had a query before ordering and got a quick reply that was very helpful.

Design was excellent and the shipping speed was fast

I saw this company in an advertisement in the Saracino cake magazine.
I emailed them to get some advice on a cake that I am doing.
They answered my email the next day and they proceeded via phone calls and emails with very helpful and informative guidance.
They offered to make a bespoke floating tier stand for me, but I just ended up with an off the shelf one.
I intend ordering more equipment from them.

Cake stand arrived quickly, and is well made and sturdy. Package was wrapped and padded well and arrived safely.

I’m super happy with my order, it couldn’t have gone better. The colors of the products are exactly the same as they look on the computer (which was very important to me), and the delivery was very fast.

It was so quick and beautifully packed. It just looked so gorgeous and just elevated my wedding cakes. Cannot wait to use them for more wedding cakes. You can use them singularly or both at the same time. Either way they just make the cake pop
