Absolutely eye opener weekend, great value for all the knowledge shared with the group. The PWC team were all incredible, very knowledgeable and very accurate to the current market.
The terminology and jargon used was very accessible.
This is a great start if you are serious about becoming a professional property investor. Being able to enter a community with like minded people, whilst having support of mentors on your journey is half way for success.
If you are unsure, do yourself a favour and attend the 3 days training with open mind and your life will never be the same.

Attended the PWS summit in Birmingham this weekend and the content is so valuable. Since working with PWS they have never failed to deliver. This 3 day intensive course was absolutely intense. I lost count on how many lightbulbs 💡 moments I had. The speakers were inspirational, friendly, funny, warm and most of all knowledgeable! Anyone who wants to do something different and think outside the box for freedom in exchange should go on this course. Not just financial freedom but to have more time to do the things that are important to you! It was a no brainier. I fully understood that I needed to be in the 1% of people who take a chance and break the hamster wheel cycle.

This course will blow your mind! Get off that wheel and check it out for yourself.

"What do you really want to do once you have gone past that phase of achieving wealth?" - Caroline asked in her webinar one evening. "How do you want to spend your time that's most important to you?" It made me ponder for a moment. I thought to myself: "she must have gone through everything and achieved a wealthy lifestyle to even ask that question".

So it didn't take much take a leap of faith and sign up to the course. I was relieved to find solid ground when I landed! Caroline is truly an amazing trainer. There is a saying: “Those who can, do; those who can't, teach”. This does not apply to Caroline or the mentors present at the course. Caroline and the mentors are successful property investors with years of solid experience. With a great sense of humour, she can get an entire crowd motivated for the right reasons, help us realise what's holding us back and provide the education, the experience and motivation to kickstart our journey.

It has been over 10 days since I have completed the course and yet it is constantly on my mind. I'm going over the course notes, taking the steps necessary to progress and even reduced unproductive activities like binge-watching Netflix or playing on my PS5.

I attended the 3 day intensive workshop both in October as well as in November. I must say it was an eye opening experience. It gave an exposure to what all things we can expect when we step onto the journey of using property investment as a vehicle for financial independence. Investing in property as an amateur and as a professional are two entirely different things. Importance of having a mentor can't be over-emphasised.
