Just a place for unfair dismissal.

It's so disappointing to find out that this company has only hired for Christmas holiday cover.

I am speechless for the lack of honesty of the Managing Director.

The propery store was the letting agent for my home for the last 5 years. Am handing back my keys today and I wanted to leave a review to say thanks to all those who looked after me as a tenant while there. The team there have been great, were always so quick to respond and act on any issues I had, very approachable and friendly staff. Thanks again!

We just recently moved into our new house which was bought through The Property Store and they successfully sold our old house.

From the initial phone call to setup a viewing with the house we had seen advertised online to the actual viewing then going through all of the processes and stages to buy a house, The Property Store were nothing but helpful and couldn't do enough for us.

We dealt mainly with Aidan and Ewan and both were always available on the phone / email to assist with questions and queries and they made the whole process so simple.

They did a brilliant job in quickly getting our own property on the market and the photographs and virtual tour included on the online listing were first class.

I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell and buy a property as they are excellent at what they do

Nasty horrible people just out to steal deposits. Don’t ever rent with this company, they exclusively seem to represent greedy monsters. Couldn’t be bothered to ever attend or fix anything in the property whilst we live there but certainly trying to take our deposit after the fact for ludicrous reasons.

If i could i would have given 0 star. They are extracting money from tenant's high amount of deposit. We were given false invoices of cleaning service in word document, when I challenged they converted it to PDF and sent it to me!! So sub standard. At the end of tenancy they insisted to visit the property before we could clean that up! Adian from property store alongwith landlord did it, and took pic, so that they could claim money. They provided me invoice for decoration !! Amazing. Never rent 17 flinders place, east kilbride, landlord alongwith property store are trying to take tenant's deposit.

Wow what can I say the property store has worked with mark and I now for a number of years we have a small portfolio of properties and we have full faith and trust with the help and ongoing advice given to us from the property store ! during covid the help and support to mark and myself was invaluable and we would never have,d survived without them … so if your looking either as a tenant landlord or wish to sell or buy a property look no further you won’t be disappointed

If I could put zero stars I would. I viewed a property at 17B Townhead Strathaven on Saturday with Gillian who was lovely and we spoke about putting an offer forward to the landlord and we were advised to send an email. I sent an email on Saturday advising my interest. I then called Monday afternoon as I hadn’t heard anything back to acknowledge my email and with the rental market moving quickly I wanted to make sure everything was going smoothly. However I spoke to Erin Duke who is passing messages from the estate agents to me as they aren’t willing to speaking to me themselves. Erin had advised my offer I had put through wasn’t accepted and when I questioned this Erin advised they hadn’t bothered putting it through to the landlord as they know he will say no. So without knowing why or any negotiations they put it to the back burner and weren’t even going to contact me. I then requested for someone to call me back before 17:30 that day and this was agreed. It came to 17:15 and I had no call. I then asked to speak to a manager and got out through to Aiden Jack who was so smug on a phone regarding this situation trying to justify the situation but then say sorry as it should of been but through?. He advised he will put my offer through to the landlord and he advised the landlord responses back very quick and also advised me the rental market is moving fast which is why I having been calling. We are now on Wednesday afternoon and still nothing. I followed up my request to Erin Duke to then be asked questions who was calling etc what I wanted to speak to Aiden for to be out on hold for a few minutes then to be told he wasn’t in the office. It’s so unprofessional and clear as day he was just trying to avoid me. I emailed over Gillian who I saw on Saturday as Aiden (couldn’t be bothered replying) as I needed an update so I know what the situation is, to then be told off Aiden very quickly may I add via email there’s no need for me continually contact them. I withdrew my offer and will not be viewing any properties with this company again. I do hope the landlord of the property see this review and future landlords as I was willing to rent this property and due to the lack of communication, being very unprofessional and friendliness off Aiden himself. As a company they need to release this is people’s life’s and they should treat people with respect and update regardless if they have answers or not

Recently dealt with June whist buying our first home and she has been so helpful. She is quick to respond to any questions we have and was happy to accommodate further viewings of our new home when we needed it. Thanks for everything June! X

I rented a 3-bedroom house in the Cumbernauld area from them and must say the service I received was professional. From the initial viewing appointment to rental agreement signing. They conduct a half-yearly house inspection, which is good for the interests of both tenant & landlord. The response to issues is prompt and efficient. Rachel always respond to emails query and sort out any issue promptly.

The property store has helped me with renting my first flat and there service has been great! From the first viewing to getting the keys everything went smoothly and was very quick. We have hardly had any problems and if we have they have gotten it sorted for us without any problem. Highly Recommend.

Property store sold my house in a very short time, Euan done all viewings and was available any time of day. First time using the property store EK highly recommend.

During our tenancy, we made the property store aware of issues straight away which 12 months later still haven’t been dealt with resulting in our end of tenancy. The property store have then denied fair wear and tear, legislation and blaming us for decorating whilst we had a verbal agreement with the landlord which legally supersedes the middle man. Our letting officer was extremely rude and disrespectful, not recognising Scottish legislation as valid in our tenants agreement. They are really sleazy and want to completely shaft the tenants. Avoid at all costs, they just want to trap tenants and steal their ridiculously high deposits over small things.

I rarely write reviews, however, the customer service I received from June in my opinion was market leading.. From end to end June was professional, honest and communication was excellent. I bought from Property Store and will now use over Slater Hogg for all future sales. June is a true asset to the business.

I am happy with the service I received from everyone I dealt with at the Property Store East Kilbride, especially considering the current Covid situation and remote working. I was supported by Aidan Jack all the way through the process, and will be delighted to meet him when I sign for the keys to my rental. A well deserved fist-bump.

A few months ago was renting a property and had to move out quickly as the landlord wanted to sell the property. There was a property the property store were looking to rent and Rachel the senior tenacy manager helped get the property ready quickly for me to move in, would highly recommend.

I have moved around for work a good bit over the years. However, The Property Store was by far the worst experience I have had in comparison to any other landlord/agency I have used. From the second the tenancy started until it ended there was constant issues and problems. When I finally moved out a huge weight was lifted. I would not recommend to landlords or tenants if you have any other choice.

Great communication and a professional service from start to finish from The Property Store EK in regards to my rental property. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to let a property.
