I have had a great experience with the company and its staff. I misunderstood a charge, and they were quick to provide a refund. This was done without my asking. Very impressive reaction when all they had to do was to be quiet. But they didn't. I won't hesitate to use their services in the future.

I see positive reviews but when I went to this site from a google search I thot I was at the county property tax site - the records that they provided me were fine but I have the same info for free from the county treasurer - also there was no mention of an ongoing membership charge which I find deceitful at best and they installed some sort of tracker on my laptop without my knowledge or consent. Yes they did TELL ME that they cancelled my membership right away - time will tell if that is true but much of the draw to their business was sneaky - do business as you please but beware

I am giving a 5 star to the representative that assisted me. I do not like the way the PropertyRecs.com does business by charging for a packet that I did not ask for but I do like the fact that it was rectified to my satisfaction and my customer service agent was AWESOME! So be careful. If you are trying to see online documents for 1.00 you will be charged an extra 9.95 each month if you do not contact them to have this stopped.

Company scammed my credit card and began charging fees, first $1, then a series of $5 charges, then a series of $20 charges. I never ever signed up for an account with this company. It's a total scam.

Got the data I needed for tax purposes. I had questions on reports generated and received good support. Their response was immediately.

I did not receive a useful document, but suddenly experienced unintended recurring subscriptions showing up on my bank statement, which I unknowingly signed up for. Be careful. I would not recommend.

Your website on the other hand receives one (1) star. Having hidden charges that aren't identified is truly unacceptable. Being charged $9.95 twice for nothing is unacceptable.
