Can't log in. Got some email from a place I have never heard of with a link saying they wanted I.D and bank account details. I clicked on and it says I am entitled to receive ALL my funds of £1.47! I put bloody hundreds in. Where is it? I want ALL my funds alright ALL of it! Can't even log in to the Property Moose portal. I'm betting I'll get nowhere if I try to find some way to contact them. This is outright fraud but I bet nothing will get done. The Police don't give a shit about 'white collar crime'. They try to palm it off as being 'civil'. Oh yeah, a guy in the street steals your money it's a crime and they get arrested but when a so-called 'company' steals your money it's 'civil'.
If I could put zero star I would
If I could put zero star I would. I learnt a lot about investing wisely due to losing money (I doubt I'll ever see it again). I put very little in, compared to others but, it was my money. They transferred it to UK diversified property, apparently after a vote (who voted?). I've heard nothing since. No emails, nothing. We have all lost our money to them. I tired again today to find info and it appears in 2023 UK diversified property was about to cease trading & if you got anything back it would amount to £0.04.
My advice to anyone considering investing in a property company is - DON'T.
Absolutely a rip off can't contact them…
Absolutely a rip off can't contact them please stay away invested in one of their loans 5 yrs ago looks like they closed the company down looks like I won't get my money back
Mismanaged property scam
Even though I only stand to loose about £550 there will be people here who have sunk their life savings into what appears to be a miss managed property scam. It’s looking more and more like this firm needs to be investigated by the financial conduct authority, as now I’m unable to even login to the UK diversified property portal. The property market has grown substantially over the past 8-9 years that I have been invested and I have nothing to show for it, and no way to get my money out. Avoid avoid avoid.
Shocking return on my investment of…
Shocking return on my investment of 1500£ no recieved a penny back despite uk property prices going up dramatically, invest in this company at your own peril it's now changed to another company in disguse not even been contacted by them shocking investment
Hi Fellow investors
Hi Fellow investors. I’ve contacted the FCA regarding the conduct of this company. The advise was to write to a father company called Resolution Compliance.
I’d like to make my complaint an open letter. See below. I hope this may be of some interest to you and I hope you’ll join me in complaining.
Dear Mr Dingwall
I have been passed your details by the FCA as I understand you are the correct person to receive a complaint regarding the above named company. If you are not, please let me know who I should direct this email to. I write to you as an investor in what was formally know as Property Moose (PM). Now known as UK Diversified Portfolio (UKDP).
I have been extremely disappointed with the running of this company since the whole structure of the company changed from an online property trading platform, through its various guises, to what it is now.
I firmly believe that the company has not and does not act in the best interests of it’s investors. I believe they are guilty of poor strategic decision making and questionable financial management at best. Moreover, I suspect in the past there has been deliberate intent to mislead and or coerce investors down a predetermined path by providing them providing them with a number of poor options. The best of which, whilst still poor, is no doubt, the route the company actually wanted to funnel the investors down in the first place.
It would take forever to go through all the changes in strategic direction and U Turns this company has made. To go back right to the the beginning. I signed up for a crowdfunding property online trading platform. I understood the risks but as I was investing in “bricks and motor” it should have been reasonably safe if I made good decisions. Which I did. It was a sound investment and I was making modest gains.
It all began to go wrong when the company decided to completely change the structure and strategy. I won’t go into to details. I’m sure you are more versed that me. The IPO, no IPO as an example. How much of investors money was wasted on that failure?
In a nutshell, I am certain that the shocking decisions and strategy of those persons running this company are solely responsible for me receiving £2088 of my original £10441 investment. On top of this I have had no returns on any of my investment during this period. This failure has occurred when UK property prices have risen significantly. The running of this company for 7 years can only be described as a absolute shambles. You only need to look online, to get a taste of discontent amongst other investors. It is no co-incidence that the consensus amongst us is the same.
I hope you will take the time to investigate this fully and provide me with a comprehensive reply.

I’m scared that I won’t make my money back. It feels scam like.
I Invested £10k and I don’t feel confident that I will see it again if I’m honest. If I’m wrong, I’ll change my review.
£600 in limbo!
I feel I lost £600 I had invested with this so called company. My money were transferred to a new name UK Diversified Property PLC and in over 2 years have no idea where my money are or how to get withdraw it. Tried to talk to the guys in the company, nothing but difficult confusing explanations to myself. Much better left them is a savings accounts. My mistake using this company but don't fall into the same trap please. Besides my returns were ever so little. Thieves!
Great!
Friendly staff, decent return on investment, good all round experience!
Stay Away!!!!
This is the worst investment I have ever made and in my opinion is an absolute con. I now feel that my investments is lost forever.
Anyone thinking of investing in property should go elsewhere and avoid this company at all costs (including it's shady fund management service UK Diversified Property plc)
Bad experience lost my money.
Too good to be true
Like a lot of others, I haven't invested much so have not lost out on a lot. Sounds like a good idea in principle but I received little to none kncome compared to what was projected. When it come to the end of the investment term, there is no way to withdraw your funds and communication is poor, as I am still chasing a response to an email I sent on 25 August (4 months on). Please stay away.
Bad investment and no way to withdraw
Invested £500, got back £426.56 total after almost 4 years - terrible investment. I would be ok with that if it wasn't for the fact that there is no way for me to withdraw the money (my bank account details have been in 'pending' verification status for almost 2 months now) and they're not answering to any of my emails.
Waste of time
Waste of time, no information at all worst investment ever made useless company . Complete CON
Very bad company not recommended.
Very bad company not recommended. For 3 years I have only made a loss.
Investments have been transferred to their new company automatically uk diversified property plc.
Very Poor Returns
I can only speak for myself, but this investment produced one of the worst returns I have ever experienced. Nice people to deal with but overall I could not possibly recommend this to others.
Avoid, this is a con and should be investigated
I made several investments in individual properties that I felt had good potential and would give the returns advertised on the loan notes. Press and user reviews were generally quite positive. Unfortunately that was a couple of years ago ..... you're unlikely to see anything positive in 2019 about Property Moose.
None of the properties I invested in have even broken even let alone given the percent of interest on the loan note or or on the sale/rental of the property - and information which was once clear on the Property Moose website and has now disappeared and investments all moved to the mysterious, opaque company of UK Diversified Property plc (“UKDP”) which seems to have very close, though not at all transparent, links to Property Moose. I received emails on voting, but it was hobson's choice. I am resigned to the fact that I will never see any of the money and regret not getting out early as some people here did who then left more neutral feedback.
not very impressed with the lack off information
not very impressed with the lack off property’s available and my shares are all tied up so will not invest any more money and they made sure that the small investor was kept out would like to sell them to get mine back
So so.
Not too bad. But bad anyway. Not profitable for investors unless a large sum is involved. But risks are pretty high then.
Cheers,
A.
