From the moment I enquired about hiring a space with Property Index I received exemplary service, nothing has been too much during any part of the seamless process. I feel extremely lucky to have found my perfect venue and to be involved with Property Index and the amazing community they have created.

Index. The team are friendly, easy to contact and always quick to help with any issues. Everything has been smooth and stress-free, would definitely recommend!

We have been working with Property Index for around 3 years now starting from a small room and growing our business into a large multi room centre with complex needs. I have always been impressed by their professional working practises and their support. Thanks to the team for helping us grow the wellness lounge.

Andy has given full permission to post this.
Despite the unfortunate circumstances surrounding early termination of Andy’s office lease due to my husband's terminal illness (we hope he’ll be with us longer, though the prognosis indicates 12 months). Chris Spiteri (Property Index & CS Properties) failed to exhibit any professionalism, kindness, or humility in responding to our communication.
Not only did he overlook our emotional email of 8th July, key return and a subsequent email a few weeks later, but he further distressed us by sending an office rental invoice. In times of great need and vulnerability, a lack of basic human decency is unacceptable.
As a power of attorney for my husband, I expected better treatment from a landlord. The lack of compassion shown is a stark contrast to the understanding, support and care we have received from others during this challenging time.

Dear Leidiana,
Thank you for your response.
I must express concern at the tone and content of your email. I would like to remind you that my communications have been focused on a matter involving PropertyIndex premises where I had regular access and carried out activities under the understanding of a verbal or implied agreement. While you may assert that there is no formal tenancy agreement under my name, I am within my rights to raise issues and request information when they involve myself directly—particularly where there may be a safeguarding or legal concern.
I am now formally requesting the contact details of your direct supervisor or manager, as this matter constitutes a conflict of interest, especially given the nature of your personal connection with the individual involved. Should you refuse to provide this information, I will be forced to escalate this matter directly to the CEO or the relevant regulatory body. I will also be submitting a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) to obtain any logs, records, or correspondence involving my name or image on your premises, including clock-in data, video footage, and any internal communications that may reference me.
Regarding your statement about taking "further action" against me, I would kindly remind you that making vague legal threats in response to legitimate inquiries can be construed as intimidation and is not an appropriate or professional response—particularly from someone representing a business. Please be aware that my communications have been recorded for transparency and legal protection, and I will continue to exercise my right to raise concerns where necessary, without fear of reprisal.
Lastly, I find it wholly inappropriate that you have chosen to include a third party in your message in a manner that suggests personal bias rather than professional judgement. If there are allegations of misconduct, these should be raised through the appropriate internal or legal channels, not via speculative or emotional commentary.
I now kindly request the following within 48 hours:
1. The full name and contact details of your line manager or the senior responsible officer.
2. Confirmation of whether any DSAR procedures are in place and the contact to direct that request to.
3. Written assurance that my concerns will be handled without personal bias or retaliation.
Should I not receive an appropriate response, I will proceed with formal legal steps and raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and any relevant housing or corporate governance authorities.
Yours sincerely,
David Andrew Jenkins

I invested in Property Index through a loan note back in early 2018, with monthly payments and the option to return the principle in 3-5 years, depending on my preference.
I have had a great experience investing with Property Index, led by the founder Chris. From the start, Chris has been extremely helpful and responsive, always available to answer any questions I had. He has great experience in property investment and always has contingency plans in place for his projects, so even if plan A doesn't work out, there are always plans B, C and D to fall back on. This gives me a great confidence in my investment, and his cashflow management is excellent.
During my investment period, from early 2018 to early 2023, the interest payments were always made on time without delay, and my principle was returned to me right on time when I broke the loan note contract after 3 years. Even during the pandemic, there were no delays or issues with payments and I received regular updates from Chris and his company to stay informed about the exciting projects and the market situation.
Overall, I felt that my money was safe with Property Index, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to invest in the UK property market. Chris's leadership and experience in the industry make him a reliable and trustworthy partner for any investor. Thank you for giving me a great and secure return for my investment, it was an unbeatable experience and I look forward to learning more about the future projects.

I have invested in Property Index for over four years now and I have always found them to be very professional, respectful and timely in their handling of all my investments with them. Their senior management and staff are always approachable in my communications with them and endeavour to resolve any investment issues that I may have in a decisive, prudent and client-orientated way that best serves my investment goals. Crucially, they treat repeat investors like me as loyal clients who are crucial for their continued success. Long may their existing and new development projects enjoy successful results for sustained positive returns to investors.

I invested in PropertyIndex around 15 months ago. During the initial investment process they were helpful with providing information and answering my questions, and flexible in waiting whilst I got the funds together for the investment. The monthly returns have been paid on time with no issues, and I have received regular updates about the property I invested in. I would invest again with PropertyIndex.

Very professional and well managed experience.
The management team are always accessible and able to answer any questions quickly and clearly. All interest payments received on time with no delays. As a finance professional with over 40 years experience I am very comfortable introducing PropertyIndex to friends and professional contacts.

We invested with property index a while ago & our experience from start to transfer of funds was handled very professionally, Chris & his team were easy to contact when any questions arose . The monthly payments have always been on time

Everything from start to finish was explained by PropertyIndex. In our experience we can describe the service that we have received as first class. We have all the confidence to invest with then again.

We invested with The Property Index and have received every interest payment on time. We sadly invested in another company (Signature Hotels) which has been an absolutely dreadful experience. Would invest with the Property Index again.

Been investing with Property Index for a little over two years now and can't explain how smooth the process has been. I've only had one issue surrounding a late payment, but this error was really down to me! As soon as I contacted Property Index, the new payment was sent within 24-hours.
At first I was very reluctant to invest with anyone, but after speaking to other investors on the Property Index portfolio, I decided this company would be my choice. Wouldn't go anywhere else to invest and look forward to working with you for many years to come.
