We sold and bought through Rick at Property Guys (Quinte West). Being seniors who hadn’t been through moving in over 16 years, we thought it would be a daunting process. He walked us through everything from start to finish and was available 7 days a week. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor for selling, as well as buying another home. After a lot of research and speaking with several successful PropertyGuys franchise owners, I made the decision to join the team and purchased my own franchise.

The support from head office and the training was very thorough. For anyone who understands the strength of a strong Brand (26 years and counting), the opportunity is great. The responses I have received so far have been very good and I am continually meeting people who have used Property Guys before and will do so again. Word of mouth and referrals from real customers is what keeps the business strong and growing.

I truly believe that the effort you put into anything will determine the results you receive. For Franchise owners, employees and all of our customers I believe a good joint effort will always yield success.

They are posting houses for sale that are NOT on the market. They put our home as for sale and jacked up the price. Our realtor is looking into it and our lawyer will be sending them a cease and desist order. If it’s not taken off tomorrow we may also inform the RCMP. Not impressed at all!🤬

Con artists. Lost us money on our house, didn’t follow through with us, 0 communication and did not deliver what they said. I should’ve checked out the reviews. Such a shameful “business”.

As a house flipper in a real estate based business PropertyGuys gave me an opportunity to become a successful entrepreneur without ever holding a real estate license or compromising my work life balance. The structures and systems they had in place to support the franchisees along with the training and marketing materials made it easy for a self starter to propel my way to the top. It was one of the best business decisions I’ve ever made and not only did I make money while owning my exclusive franchise location , I sold it for a profit after only 6 years. It’s a feel good business where you can help others save on an otherwise daunting transaction and I still recommend it today!

As a franchisee for over 10 years, not only have I helped over 1000 customers have a great experience but the help from home office has been top notch. As any business, you get out what you put in.

Do yourself a favour and DO NOT associate yourselves with PropertyGuys. Grade A thieves, liars and conartists.

The entire corporation has no problem taking your money (thousands of dollars), while also making their franchisees lives a living hell.

0 star if I could .... I wanted to list my business and i was assured they could list out of area. Well they listed locally , and then pulled t , admitted to a mistake... I said okay, I will give you a second chance lets let it cool down until we list again. 3 months later , I contacted to relist... they said they were contacting there head office to be sure they could do specific listing areas. well once again they listed locally.... I called and they pulled listing again. I have lost confidence in this company. I emailed to cancel. I didn't hear from anyone. I received a debit on my account for their services 2 months later. They expect me to pay $7500 for their services which were not executed correctly. I tried to solve this cordially , but they now do not respond to any emails or calls. I also called head office but was told that it is a franchise , they are responsible directly. I am also trying to get their insurance information to maybe try and settle for their mistake with liability insurance. No one will answer. I also have a call in with the finance company they use. No answers either. So now I have to sue them in small claims court....... A company that makes mistakes and doesn’t care about their employee negligence acts that cost people money. Very bad business ethics .

DO NOT FRANCHISE WITH THEM. PERIOD.

They are liars. They do not help their franchisees and financially destroy them month to month, with absolutely no help. Pathetic scam artists. Please do not make the same mistakes we have.

Terrible customer service they yell at you don’t have the services promised and those who answer phone after hours have no clue an about real estate and can’t answer our questions. Warning do not use them!!!

Not even a star. For those thinking of getting a franchise! THINK to infinity! We bought a franchise on 2021, did the best we can, even had an office and we market it as well! BUT very dis appointing !!! You don’t make any !!! On top of the monthly bills propertyguys will send to monthly and every 15 of the month and no people wanted to sell their homes on propertyguys, only a few!!! Even though you have no sales, propertyguys always after the money they want from… bills after bills… and notice to shut you down if cannot pay with their monthly dues for franchise! It was a big mistake that we spend our money on franchise who is only after your money amd not looking on the real situation on their franchise location!!! I hope no one will be of the same situation like us! Don’t waste… do your homework first!!!

Don't waste your money. No different than traditional Realtor. They charge $4k for no added value
