Outstanding staff!

The staff that we’ve interacted with (Charlotte) has been so wonderful and prompt throughout the entire process of renting a property out to us. The whole transaction was extremely pleasant and they could not have been more helpful and hands on with it. Highly recommend!

Avoid at all costs!!

Avoid at all costs!!! As buyers we had a terrible experience with Property Eagle. Firstly they are almost impossible to get hold of, you are told they will contact you back and 75% we had to ring them again to get a response. The worst part is we were told a property had been taken down for sale and would not be sold, but put backup for sale in the New Year. We rang to find out the property had been sold - we were not informed or offered the chance to give a counter offer, there is a very good chance the homeowners could have received more money, do not sell with them, they are very, very unhelpful.

We were a buyer on the help to buy scheme. When everything was going wrong and pear shaped, Charlotte and the team really stepped up to the mark truly outstanding company. Don't think we would have completed without there help.

Superb experience when selling my …

Superb experience when selling my house. I had feared that the way the fees are structured would disincentivise the agent to try and push the selling price up but even after giving the agent my acceptable price they bumped the buyer up £2k with some slick negotiation!

Whole process was incredibly easy, up front and positive. Communication great

Will definitely use again in the future.
