My room was great and it was big and ideal for the couple room. Items are also new. Place was very quiet. Maintenance was excellent with safety precautions that they follow. Landlord was very good to deal with in every concern that you may have. It was the best accommodation I had. Enjoyed my stay there for almost half a year

Not only is Sam a great landlord he is also a very genuine kind person and you don’t seem to find those very often when renting. Sometimes communication with landlords can be a bit hit and miss but Sam is always so efficient with getting back to you with any problems! We’ve had a great 2 years. Flat 8 is a wonderful place to call home!

We were tenants of Sams for about a year and a half, when we first moved to the UK. Sam was always available if we needed help with anything in the flat and was quick to resolve any issues that came up. It was a relief to have such a professional and kind landlord as we were new to the country and had 2 small children. I would highly recommend Sam and consider him a premier landlord here in the UK!
