Timely response to initial query via Rightmove. Very helpful in terms of arranging viewing very quickly. Good knowledge of property from agent performing the viewing. Slight hiccup over where to meet up, but was quickly cleared up by phone. Next steps for reserving and applying for property were clearly laid out and promptly dealt with.
