360 Estates (and Matthew that runs the aibnb side of things) is a really terrible business. I cannot recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately, they manage most of the airbnbs in Malta, so it is hard to avoid them. I recommend doing so anyhow
They demanding personal information like your credit history, id, payslips ect. to book a viewing. Guys, considering your rating here, don't you think you have overinflated opinion of yourself, you can't demand sucha personal info so early.
My viewing was cancelled btw. I refused to provide part of their demanded documents.
We booked an apartment in Marsaxlook through booking.com, this was accepted by 360 and confirmation email sent to us. We submitted card payments. Next day we received an email telling us to cancel as it was now no longer available. Matthew will not answer the phone and have had to seek alternatives.
Our apartment in St Pauls Bay did not have a working hot tub as advertised. WiFi didn't work. Air con leaked twice all over our electricals on the bedside. Matthew made empty promises about reimbursement and the accounts department still haven't bothered to reply to my e-mail.
Holiday apartment in St pauls bay was a disgrace! Mould in shower , building work at 8 am. Main issue was we slept on a bed made out of half inch Chipboard! It broke the first night and nobody came out to us for 4 days! They never repaired it and we had to sleep on floor rest of holiday!
We were fortunate enough to stay at El Soto De Marbella and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was beautiful and peaceful but close enough to excellent restaurants, bars and shops. The facilities were superb and extremely comfortable. We would not hesitate to vacate here again and can not recommend this company highly enough for their professionalism, attentiveness and help.
I have rented off Phillip for 5 years. Each time if there was an issue at the property he sent out help within 24 hours.
My house was decorated to a lovely standard and I am very happy.
I feel lucky to have such a caring and approachable landlord.
