I purchased Microsoft Office license keys from ProperKeys on 24 July 2026. Some orders were completed and provided activation keys, while several other orders were immediately placed on hold.
I contacted support and was advised that the affected orders would be refunded within 7–10 working days. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received the outstanding refunds or any proof that they were processed.
I was later told that the refund issue was apparently related to my card date or card version, even though my card is valid until 2031.
I also noticed that one of the completed transactions appeared to have been reversed without me requesting a reversal.
I have retained all order confirmations, payment records, emails, and correspondence and have submitted the matter for further investigation.
I recommend that potential customers exercise caution and thoroughly investigate the company and its refund/payment practices before making a purchase.
