No recognition of a dangerous situation

As a landlord, I expect an immediate response when there's a dangerous emergency, not fobbing off. My tenant had a water leak; it was leaking directly into the downstairs flat's overhead light, yet these guys failed to despatch an emergency team. Communications were dreadful. I asked for a callback from a manager and was told "Miracle" would ring me back. No miracle occurred! I've rung the company since and I've emailed the CEO. Not a word in response. Will be asking my managing agent to ditch these guys ASAP.

Shockingly bad support

Shockingly bad support. Consistent with other reviews, our experience was that it was nearly impossible to speak with someone in charge when things went wrong. They changed how they were invoicing us by switching to sending invoices to a new company and ignored our repeated requests for info on the new company so we could onboard them. Ultimately, Propcall ended up rejecting an out of hours call leaving a tenant locked in a toilet over a weekend. All because their juniors couldn't escalate our queries and their management simply don't care. Stay well away.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel your experience with us was bad. However, we feel it important to clarify a few of the accusations made in your review. As you’re aware, our preferred contractor suspended emergency call out services to Complete RPI owing to unpaid invoices for historic call outs. Several introductions were made to our preferred contractor so you could onboard them to comply with your own internal financial procedures, however, this was never followed up at your end, nor were the invoices ever paid.

We’re unsure why you’ve claimed it was impossible to speak with someone in charge when you’ve had successful communication with PropCall staff at every level from front line staff in our Client Services team, through middle management, through senior management and with our Director.

We don’t reject calls, all calls are answered. It is unfortunate for your tenant experiencing issues with their bathroom door that we weren’t able to assist them to the full extent of our ability.

It’s important to stress that PropCall provide an out-of-hours call answering service on behalf of clients in the property industry. We are not an emergency contractor and while every effort is made to deploy a contractor in the event of a maintenance emergency that can’t be resolved or made safe over the phone, there are many factors that may impact our ability to do so. One such factor will be where clients have outstanding unpaid invoices and our preferred contractor suspends service until they are settled.

Despite the untruths in your review, we’re still grateful for the business during the course of our working relationship and wish all the team at Complete RPI the best for the future.

Peace of Mind

Running a Property company can be stressful at the best of times but especially when issues occur outside of business hours, breaking up personal time such as weekends and evenings.

Propcall has provided me with the opportunity to switch off from work during those periods, giving me peace of mind that should a problem occur, it is being dealt with, allowing me to take time for myself.

Highly recommend

we are a local estate agent with 2 branches and have used this service for more than 12 months, the staff's skilled knowledge has reduced our emergency call out costs and still provided the tenants the support they require at the time of the emergency, I couldn't recommend this service more highly if I tried.

Hi Team

I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for your hard work, as always everything seems to run sweet with Propcall on board, just wanted to say thanks and let you know its appreciated.
Since employing the services of PropCall this has allowed me to stop working at the end of my day and I no longer need to be concerned about the out of hours phone calls, these are now professionally taken by PropCall and actioned accordingly.
I would certainly recommend the services of PropCall to anyone who wants to remove the stress from their day.
