Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! Our money is sitting in our propay account and for some reason stopped transferring. I have tried 7 times to contact anyone that can answer this basic question, and I keep getting transferred to different call centers. For a company that deals with our and our many tenants’ real money… this is absolutely ridiculous.

Avoid this payment processor at all costs
We had this payment processor for years with no issues. Recently we had some fraudulent donations come through. Propay was as unhelpful as possible-their customer facing reps do not know how to solve problems and customers are not allowed to speak to the back office who does. They treated us (a nonprofit and their customer for years) hostilely and like criminals; and could offer no help in getting the fraud to stop. Terrible communication and hours and hours total waiting on hold. Each time we called it was like starting over-no record of past conversations. Would not recommend.
