The $60+ mystry box was bottom of the barrel stuff. Colors/styles that weren"t approporate or useful this time of year. NEVER AGAIN - tried to reach out but "customer service" said sorry, we don't care this doesn't fit or the colors were meant for Santa Claus.

Proozy is excellent company with authentic products with excellent price and offers . Recommend to do excellent deals.

The quality of the products seem like they are fine upon first receiving. Though the sizing charts don't seem to match the items. I ordered two medium sweatshirts in size youth medium based on what the chart suggests, but unfortunately the sizing was way too small so I would recommend ordering at least two sizes up.
I checked the return policy/exchange policy and it states that they do both. It states that if something doesn't fit they are happy to exchange it for a different size. I contacted customer service to see if we could go ahead and exchange for a youth XL and they told me they don't offer exchanges BUT I could return it for a $9 fee, plus outbound shipping charges *IF* the item was damaged. Which would essentially be almost as much as I purchased said items for.
In conclusion, the return and/or exchange policy doesn't seem to matter, so basically you get what you get and forget what their policy says.

After finally receiving I noticed on Brad's deal which is what I went through on the first purchase anyway they were two Adidas sweatpants for $40 then I noticed they had the same exact ones two for 30 so I contacted customer service via email asking them to at least refund me $10 they said they will not I used the promotion code from Brad's deals well the New deal was through Brad's deals with a promotion code also so what is the difference I will no longer do business with this company if this was any other company they would have honored the price difference being that it was within a few days goodbye proozy . This is not the first time I've had a problem with them but I tried to give them a couple more tries and I just can't do it anymore in my opinion buyer beware

I ordered two Hydro flasks from Proozy. They arrived today after placing the order almost 3 weeks ago. They were shipped in a thin plastic envelope with no padding. They are completely dented and damaged. AVOID.

I ordered two items from Proozy on April 14. Two weeks later I reached out to them (via email: no phone listed) and received a reply that one of my items was cancelled - out of stock. Over a week later I still have not received the second item so I emailed again (twice before someone replied) and received a message on May 9 that the second item was also cancelled!!!
If you need something for a particular event or by a specific date then never order from Proozy.

Worst experience ever. Items never showed up. They did not refund me until I finally reached out to them in which case they said the items were never available in the first place. This was four weeks after my purchase.

Great customer service!! My issue was handled in a timely and efficient manner. I will order from Proozy again! Highly recommend this site.

Package didn't arrive. No service replies. They are scam. They just want you to give up.

Said would be sent by DHL but then DHL said sent by USPS. USPS said delivered but it wasn't there and I was at home.

I've tried Proozy, DHL, and USPS. Proozy doesn't answer. DHL says call USPS. USPS has me on interminable long wait. Wait long time and then sent right back to first page asking why I called.

This is a total scam site. They advertised three Under Armour polos for $42 on Brads Deals. I paid for the pack of three. They shipped ONE polo according to the order shipment notice and it was marked as delivered. I have NOT received this package and if I did it was missing two shirts. Total con artists and scammers. Reported to BBB and filed a fraud claim with Citibank. Wow. What a scam!!

It's kind of sad when you visit a genuine Spyder store only to be told that the Spyder jacket you received as a Christmas gift (it was bought from Proozy) is a fake. They even pointed out the differences.

Ordered on Feb-27-03. Received a notification Mar-02-03 that my order was on the way when in reality Fedex was waiting for the package. The order was not actually shipped until Mar-08-03 with an ETA of Mar-13-03. On top of that paid ~$8 for shipping. By the time the order gets here it will be warm outside. Better to head over to TJMaxx or Burlington Coat Factory, get it for cheaper & not bother with the wait.

placed order on 2/23/2023 for two flannel shirts, on 3/7 i asked what was going on and got a bot reply saying other orders that they have shipped to me.
i replied back and then i received a reply that they sold out and gave me my money back.
this used to be a really great company but lately i am concerned that they dont even know what or how =many they have for sale and hold your money until you chanse down cust service to find out why it has not shipped.
got my money backm but these were a present and now i have nothing to give.
very poor inventory control and planning.

I don't typically leave reviews, but I was impressed with Proozy's customer service quality recently as I addressed an issue to the company's help desk. I wasn't able to get a discount code I received in email to apply properly in my cart. I sent in a request and was told I'd hear back soon. Usually, if I ever hear back from a company this way, it takes days but I received a prompt response that surprised me. The agent simply asked for a screenshot of the promotion details, which I provided, and quickly responded with a gift card to cover the discount. It was a very nice experience, and I believe they've gained a repeat customer in me. I purchased the items for my husband I had wanted to, and at an impressive discount even before my courtesy gift card was added. Thanks for everything, Proozy!

Proozy may have some great deals, but they are a misleading manipulative company with very poor customer service who doesn't value their best customers at all.

To get the best deals you need to take advantage of their daily sales distributed via email (with each item requiring a separate promo code). The catch is you can only use one promo code per order meaning that if you want the discount on more than one item you have to place a separate order for each item paying additional shipping charges each time. It also means you can't redeem your points on those orders or take advantage of any percentage off deals as well.

They also don't stand behind their product. When they sent me a vest that was clearly mismarked on size they refused to acknowledge the mistake and required me to pay for shipping to return it. They also often don't answer their customer service number or return voice mails. And when I sent them multiple emails and filled out multiple surveys expressing my concerns and telling them they were gonna lose a customer who has bought dozens of items from them, they didn't even bother to respond.

Needless to say, I won't be buying there again. Buyer beware!

Recently placed an order for All Birds leggings. I don't recall the exact date, but the items shipped and were delivered quickly. I have *never* had a negative experience with Proozy. I just sometimes forget the site exists. Legit site with authentic product that delivers.

Bought 2 great winter jackets from Proozy and received today. Jackets were better in person than shown online. Great quality too. Got a great deal too. Great experience with the company.

My package was never delivered and they made me wait for 10 days to tell me that they won’t refund my order or send me a replacement. Terrible customer service.

They canceled my order last minute due to a pricing error on a comminuted sale. Left me scrambling to purchase a new gift in time
