This company is truly terrible

This company is truly terrible. They trick you into taking out a loan just a week before surgery, leaving you with no other choice in a vulnerable moment. It feels manipulative and predatory. If you have an ongoing case, you should absolutely avoid getting a loan through them. They prey on people when they're at their most desperate, and it can leave you in a much worse financial situation. Seek help from another physician or financial source. Do not fall into their trap. Stay away for your own good.

Paid, Pronto!

I had an excellent experience with Pronto Case Cash. The process was really easy and quick! Additionally, I liked how personable the experience was. There was a moment where I had a few questions and Daniel was willing to give me a call to talk me through it. I highly recommend Pronto Case Cash!

They take too long to process a request…

They take too long to process a request and nobody ever gives me an update. Every time I call, all they say is it’s in underwriting. I don’t think a request should take 3 weeks to process for them to approve or deny me.

Getting my money just as promised was…

Getting my money just as promised was great. The only downside was how long it took. In all actuality it really didn't take that long, but when you're already backed up on bills it can seem like an eternity. All and all the process was smoothly carried out, and I am pleased about the outcome. Would highly recommend this team to anyone.

The process was super easy

The process was super easy. Daniel was so great to work with! I’ve worked with this company twice in my times of needing help with all the curveballs life throws us all. 10/10 recommend overall. Also they can fund electronically in many ways so it’s very convenient & fast!!!
